I’ve been coming here for 6 years off and on, so I’ve definitely gotten a feel for the place and the service. First, let me say that the technicians, excluding the owners, are fantastic and friendly. Every time I receive any kind of service it is done very well. This is one of the only places that will do callus removal with a tool and not just the cheese-​grater-​esque shaver that they use (I know there is a technical term for this thingy, but I cannot think of it!).
The 3 stars are for the last 3 times I’ve been here. First, I went to get gel taken off and got sliced by the buffer. After my finger bled for 15 minutes without avail, he wanted to continue working on that finger but I refused. I said I would be back but never returned. Just today I went in with my sister-​in-​law and we had 1:30 appointments. We were greeted while walking in, but no one seemed to really acknowledge our appointment time. We did not sit in one of the pedi chairs until 2pm! That is unacceptable. The whole reason to have an appointment is to be seen fairly soon after arrival. My tech today was very sweet, but the poor kid was definitely having some issues. He pretty much scalded my feet with the water even after telling him a few times that it was very hot. Next he ended up accidentally draining my entire tub. Okay, no biggy, we all have off days. The last thing I will say is that it seems if you don’t come here regularly (i.e. every other week), you will get attitude from Kim. When my mother came here for the first time, Kim yelled at one of the techs because they were taking their time with callus removal on my mom’s feet. Supposedly there was a line of people waiting to be seen so she thought it would save some time, but it’s just rude.
Y’all need to be aware of your appointment book and some people need attitude adjustments. I haven’t decided whether or not I will return.

I will never get another pedicure from anywhere else. Today was my first visit here and I loved it. Although, we were walk ins and had to wait 45min — 1hr. It was so worth it though. They offer to scrape your feet, which the place I had regularly gone to never did. They got rid of all my dead skin, it was awesome! Their massage chairs were fantastic and the customer service was outstanding. They really seemed to take their time and cared about your pedicure, unlike other places that feel like they rush through it.
Next time I will definitely make an appointment. I can’t wait to go back!

I would never go to another place. Kim and Hung, owners, are fantastic. Extremely clean, outstanding service, and comfortable. The nail care is professional and lasts a long time without chipping or other issues. Best place around.
