We got a free estimate and purchased an American Walk-​In Tub from Gabriel at Walk-​In Tub Central and are extremely satisfied and highly recommend them. The quality is great and the price was reasonable and well worth it as we are getting older and it was getting more difficult to get in and out of our conventional tub. There were several issues with the installation due to the size of our bathroom with getting the old tub out and the new one in, but the installation crew did an excellent job of putting it all back together so you couldn’t even tell that any work had ever been done. Also, we had a problem with a burst water hose, which was found to be a manufacturing defect, and customer service responded right away and the crew came out and replaced it the same day.
