Dr. Herr is terrific – knows his stuff, is thorough, has a great sense of humor – but holy crapola, is the girl behind the desk a miserable piece of work. Bitter, angry, terse. Totally unpleasant to patients every time I go in. Not sure where she keeps her compassion; certainly not on her person.

I have HMO insurance, and was referred by Dr. Scott Gregor. I had an appointment with Dr. Stephen Herr on December 30, 2014. Since it was my first time there, I got there 30 minutes early to fill out the new patient information. Waited in the waiting room for about 15 minutes, because I was there way too early. When Dr. Herr saw me, it took him 10 minutes to go through all the medical stats, then told me now is good time to get treatment. However, he will need insurance’s approval first. So, I asked him what does «Echotexture» means? He looked at his watch twice! Like I didn’t get his hint to stop asking him the question, so he had to look at his watch the second time to make sure I got his hint! OK, fine. I didn’t say anything. I went home and wait for the approval for treatment. But never heard anything from this place!

never met a doctor that doesn’t pay attention to his patients needs!
It took him over a week to order me medications after i keep leaving him messages at his office, which the staff was very rude. so i had to find another doctor to get me medicine .
Unprofessional! never going back to him!
