I liked this place, but the clothes were always too expensive and eclectic for my daily use. They’re going out of business as of Monday 6/29, according to the sales associate, and the whole store is on sale. I came out with with a full bag.

This is a terrible business! I came here as I was browsing through the mall and saw a bunch of cute dresses in the window that looked really unique. I wanted to purchase bridesmaids dresses for my wedding that didn’t look as if they came from a cookie-cutter bridesmaid dress factory. These dresses seemed to fit the bill. I came back a week later with my maid of honor and we tried on one of the dresses and she purchased it. I needed 3 more for the other bridesmaids. The salesgirl said that it shouldn’t be a problem so I made the order and they said they would call me when the dresses came in. About a week later I got a call from the manager saying they only received the dresses in pink and not the pewter ones I had requested. I called back and asked when the pewter color would be coming in and the salesgirl did not know and said I needed to come back when the manager was working(weekdays until 5). Great — so the next three weeks I came in looking for her(got off work early myself) and she wasn’t around until the third time in which she informed me that they couldn’t get the pewter color at all. I asked her why the salesgirl said I could order whatever I wanted and they could get it but the manager didn’t seem to care and just said sorry. So then I sent my maid of honor back to the store to return the first dress purchased since we now had to look for other bridesmaid dresses. The manager wouldn’t take it back saying it had been more than 14 days. We reminded her that we were waiting for the other dresses to come in and that this issue was their error and not ours. The manager was completely unwilling to help us stating that 14 days is the company policy and she couldn’t make her computer do that function as the computers are controlled by corporate and store managers have no power to override. Seems like a pretty dumb setup for a business. This whole ordeal took over and month and was completely upsetting for an already stressed out bride! I ended up having to pay my maid of honor for the dress and keep it myself so she could then go buy the other dress we ended up getting for the wedding. Buyers beware: they have a sign in their window stating they can order you any dress in the store in a different size or quantity. This is SO not the case. Don’t get fooled!
