The furniture is ok, mid to low end, but not ikea and seems to be reasonably well made The sales staff seems very nice and knows their product, but the support staff, or lack of support staff, where to begin? Unprofessional does not even cover it. Stay clear of the«little desk upstairs» where these people run in and out of the closed off office. Never buy there again Done

After about 200 phone calls and rearrangements and confirmations, our furniture did arrive. I will say, the delivery guys were completely competent and professional once they were here, and I do like the furniture(though it seems overpriced). However, nobody at POH appears to be in charge of anything. If you have delivery problems, the delivery company will shrug, POH will say it’s not their fault, and you’ll be sitting on your bare floors, waiting for your furniture. The final bitter laugh came when POH said they would call us to ensure the delivery went okay. Of course, the phone never rang. Ha ha, POH. Never going back there again.

I sent my boyfriend here to purchase furniture after he just moved into his apartment and wanted some quality furniture — I regret ever doing this. 1.) Stella the sales lady is EXTREMELY pushy, to the point she almost pushes her customers away, she’s a very greedy sales person who only cares about making a sale and not giving you what you need, or what you want. 2.) We ordered our furniture August 30th, its novermber 3, and we’ve only recieved 2 of the 5 peices we ordered. We were first promised the furniture in 4 weeks, when it didnt come we were told it would take max 6 weeks, after 6 weeks and it didnt come we called stella yet again and she notified us there wasnt anything she could do to help us call the corporate office?! Which we did, and all they could do to accomodate this inconvenience is offer to wave the shipping which was nearly 100 for 2000+ worth of furniture. 3.) its been nearly 10 weeks and the furniture still isnt here even though we were promised, yet again, that it would be here the 21st of october for the remainder of the furniture because they had to «make it» 4.) The furniture is really not worth the price, i paid a fraction of what he paid for his entire bedroom set and my bed is waaay better quality. that being said if the furniture is not here friday we are going to the store and ripping stella and her manager a new one, they can take allll the furniture back we dont want it. ugh– im honestly disgusted with them

Never-Ever Again! I will rather sit and sleep on the floor than buying a furniture from here. After 30 minutes of negotiation they dropped my price by $ 50(for furniture worth $ 1500+). A day later I found the exact same piece for 25% less. I tried cancelling my order with them, and believe me… it was a pain in the neck. I had to call 11 times in 3 days. Everytime I called either the sales rep would put me on hold or he was away from a computer or he needed his manager… a lot of BS! They are QUICKATTAKINGURMONEY, but give you a heck of a time cancelling your order! HATETHEM. STAYAWAY
