Ordered 2 large bobas, it cost 8 dollars each and totaled me 17 bucks and the other taro boba i got had no boba, very very dissapointed, would have asked refund but too much hassle to go back to complain

This place is so amazing! The food is always delicious and the service is fast. I’ve been too numerous phở locations in the valley and this has to be the best one!!! You must stop by and try out their amazing food. I can’t stop coming back.

Open on new year’s eve — star Friendly server — star Ok food — star The Phở was just ok, a bit below average in my opinion. The phở came in a fancier-than-usual bowl. And I am the no-frill phở kind of guy, so I didn’t really like the way the food came… just didn’t seem authentic to me.

Today was my first time here. I wasn’t fond of Phở until today. I had the shrimp, crab and pork Phở and it was DELICIOUS! Service with a smile is always a plus. Our waiter was very pleasant and had a good sense of humor. I will definitely be coming back.

When mom is in the kitchen, you know it’s going to be good. This is a terrific family restaurant that takes pride in their food. We love the #16(seafood noodle soup, skip the pig blood). The smoothies are very good(I love the durian smoothie) but I’m usually too full to enjoy them. They always see our daughter and give her some jelly from the fridge too.

I have been addicted to their Phở‘for quite some time now. The staff is very sweet. I love the Phở‘ #7(vegan). The portions are so huge it just takes one order of phở‘ to fill me up. I recommend going!

Holy shit was this bad. It was a salt bomb, and I like salt. Inedible salt noodle mush

Solo today after my pleasant trip to AAA. Took care of some business & had some reading material to go over & I was hungry. 2 days avoiding that stuff that fell from the sky… As my fellow Unilocalster friends mentioned Phở Saigon in Port Hueneme is home to us. But now that we live in the valley it’s difficult trying to choose amongst the plethora of food here! I am not complaining but I have high hopes. I just love good food. #4 Brisket, flank & rare steak. I added everything: Lime, Thai basil, bean sprouts, jalapeño. The broth hit the spot. I tried a tiny Sriracha in the corner, but it didn’t need it. Perfect choice for an after rainy day lunch. Didn’t need anything else, but can’t wait to come back & try other dishes. But nothing beats phở!

Phở is really not a food I enjoy like others do. Every month my wife talks me into trying another one of these restaurants and everytime the soup tastes like dishwater to me. Well this month she talked me into trying this place because of a couple of recommendations from friends. I looked at the picture that someone posted of fried tofu, half and half egg rolls, and beef stew. The fried tofu was pretty bland which tofu usually is, but it was ok The egg rolls were very good and tasted very fresh. The beef stew was the real star of the meal. This was one of the best bowls of soup I have ever had. The beef was super tender and tasted really nice. The broth was amazing. Really really good strong flavor. Not the usual dirty bland that these phở bowls usually taste. I highly recommend it to anyone. I didn’t add the basil or any of the other herbs and it was delicious just the way it came I will be returning to this Vietnamese restaurant again and that is the first time that I have ever been able to say that about a phở restaurant

Vietnamese done right at a great price! Everything I’ve tried here has been really good; I usually get the Extra Large Beef Noodle Soup with Brisket, Rare Steak, Tendon and Tripe. One of my favorite things here is the Deep Fried Squid with their sweet and sour sauce… my mouth is watering just thinking about it.

This is my favorite Vietnamese food place to eat now, they have the best egg rolls and the best phở in town! I could never find a Vietnamese place that I liked so much. We bought the imperial egg rolls which are really crunchy and very tasty, and the fish sauce dip that you usually get at all Vietnamese places is delicious. The staff here is always friendly. They can get busy at dinner time and lunch time so I suggest coming before or after lunch or dinner hours. I got the chicken phở, and it was very delicious, and my GF got the rare steak phở which was delicious as well, full of flavor in both dishes. 5 stars to this location.

Thesis: Phở 21 is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the country. Sometimes I close my eyes and place my finger on the menu, and whatever I land on, I order. Everything I order is exceptionally delicious — better than Vietnamese food in Vietnam, and I’ve been there. Listen, come here and try it out — order anything. I know you’ll say it’s the best Vietnamese food you’ve ever had. … And the customer service is 5-star. They should call this place«No Hands Phở 21» because I didn’t have to raise a finger for service. Regards, Don Henderson

An overall good experience. It’s small but very accommodating. The staff are all Vietnamese which is always a good sign when dining at a Vietnamese restaurant. They know the food and can educate you if you need. They’re friendly and attentive. As for the food, I’m not too keen on their Phở and find it lacking it flavor. I’ve had better. However, the Bun Rieu is awesome. The broth is very flavorful. Make sure you have it the(huyet) coagulated blood as well as Mam Tom(shrimp sauce). All part of the experience! This dish is very similar to Banh Canh if you’re familiar with that. The prices are reasonable which keeps this place busy during lunch.

Since moving to the valley 8 years ago, I had been looking for a Phở restaurant that could compare to my favorite Phở spot in Oxnard called«Phở Saigon». Well I think I found my new spot. I’ve been here several times and I believe I ordered the wrong thing every time because I could never find a combination plate that is similar to what I order in Oxnard. So this last visit, the waitress was so helpful and nice about trying to find something close to what I usually get. She finally just said, «what do you like and we’ll make it?» I decided to go with a bowl with vegetables, vermicelli, chicken, pork, beef and shrimp. It was $ 5 extra for the chicken and shrimp but it was WELL worth it! We also ordered the vegetable egg rolls which are delicious. I love the fact that they don’t stick strictly to the menu and that they’re willing to make anything you like. They have a flat screen tv playing sports and the workers are hilarious. They talk junk about your favorite teams and have a great fun spirit in there. There is plenty of metered parking in front and I believe there is parking in the back as well. Overall, I’d say this establishment deserves an excellent rating for their food, service and willingness to do/make whatever their customers desire. OOOOO 5 out of 5 Afros

I had something that was supposedly teriyaki chicken, but that was not the flavor I expected, not teriyaki. It might have been a miscommunication since the waiter didn’t seem to speak english. The portions were fair for seven dollars and mine came with a little salad. Any price under 15 $ is a .50 charge on your card.

So this place was recommended for the hot pots. So you park in back and the entrance in the front. We got seated right away, but it wasn’t empty. It had a mixed clientele, which I think is good. It had Vietnamese, and Hispanics. My wife and I both got the Bun(vermicelli) with pork and egg rolls. It’s what we regularly order at Vietnamese places besides the Phở. We both felt the sauce was kinda bland, but the pork was good. My son got the shrimp which was good. I don’t know how the spring rolls were because the kids liked them so much they ate them all. They take credit cards. We liked our waiter, he had way more personality than we are used to from a Vietnamese place.

I love this place. The atmosphere is great on a Saturday morning. The place is clean and decorated with baskets of orchids in a lavender wall. The servers are always so warm and welcoming. I come here with my family every Saturday morning and they always treat my grandfather with the utmost respect. My grandfather is in a wheelchair. One of the workers, Tony, helped wheel my grandfather in. The food is amazing. The food always comes out fast and is at the right temperature. I love this place and would definitely visit again. I recommend getting the Bun Rieu.
