The worst deceitful conniving bunch of used car salesmen you’ll ever meet!
My wife and daughter bought 2 mattresses and I decided to just upgrade my California king sized box spring as my old one was too high. I guess they didn’t have California king size and instead of just saying so, here’s what they delivered and installed in my absence! (See enclosed pictures). They put two smaller ones side by side and the whole thing broke in the middle of the night when I was asleep.
I have every intention of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the local chamber of commerce. Bunch of charlatans!
Don’t trust the few good reviews as they must be from their friends or family members.

They do not carry anything for babies. They don’t even know that their BABYLAND sign is still up. Look elsewhere if you are looking for baby stuff.

Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is not helpful and is actually quite rude. Horrible unprofessional delivery drivers. I would NEVER shop here again.
Oh and BTW NO RETURNS. Save yourself the hassle and shop from a big brand store or one of the nearby alternatives a few blocks down on Sherman Way. Better product and better service.

I have shopped at Payless Matress on 3 separate occasions. Each time I have price compared with other stores and I have always received a better deal at Payless. To top it off, the customer service is amazing — no pressure sales staff with great knowledge about their products. Highly recommend Payless Matress to anyone looking for a great quality, affordable mattress!

Stopped by yesterday to buy a new mattress for my son. We were away on summer family vacation and had a friend house and pet sit. A cat strolled into our home and despite a bit of a bark and meow off with our dog, decided to hang out. Our sitter decided to keep our dog and said cat separate as she didn’t know what to do with the cat, so she put her in our son’s room. When we returned, our son noticed unpleasant smell. Well, said cat decided to pee ALL over his bed.
That is what led us to this new purchase. At Payless, they are very helpful without pressure. They showed him different types of mattresses at different price ranges. Delivered same day for $ 35. Nice and helpful. Highly recommend them. The boys both love their mattresses. And he got to sleep on a brand new mattress same night.
