I went to Metrozone’s store at 7555 Topanga Cyn at Saticoy in Canoga Park. If you are tempted to get a phone from Metro PCS, go find a brick wall and beat your head against it until the temptation goes away. Getting a hold of customer service is a joke. Forget about it. It is literally faster to drive to a store. Neither one will help you so it doesn’t make any difference which one you pick. I fell for their offer to buy a new phone. They told me it would work at my house and if it didn’t just bring it back within a week for a refund. It had no signal at my house. I took it back and they said they fixed it. I got home. No signal. I repeated that two more times. The next visit they sent me across town to a PCS corporate store. After I spent an hour in traffic and got over there and waited a long time, they told me to call customer service. I made them call customer service. Customer service told me to go back to the store for a refund. I went back to the store and the manager told me they don’t give refunds on upgrade phones. He would order me another phone and it would be there in two days. I went back in. It wasn’t there. I went back in a week later. No phone and he no longer works there. They ordered me another replacement and they called me a week later. I went in and they changed it out. I brought it home and it has no more signal than the last one. They told me if it didn’t have any signal at my house they would change it out for the exact same model yet again. I have now made seven trips to this store and a trip across town and they offer no solution other than going through the same stupidity all over again. Step right up. Let PCS introduce you to their kind of service. My friend says that PCS stands for Piss on the CustomerS. Verizon perturbed me mightily but by comparison their customer service was caring, even loving.

Absolutely horrendous service, unbelievable. I went there trying to buy a phone, they stared at each other when I came in as if none of them wanted to assist me. As I was being«helped» they were loudly talking and gossipping amongst themselves, cursing in spanish repeatedly, completely uninterested in helping me purchase a new phone. I enjoy metro pcs but this particular location was a nightmare to deal with, I left without purchasing anything im better off buying my phone online. I highly advise against coming to this location, you will not be attended in a professional manner.

OK, we tried Metro only because we were tired of T-mobile and their horrible service, They kept dinging us for charges here and there, and we tried to get support to help us but had to go into our account and do it ourselves, thus PCS. Now, as far as the billing at Metro was concerned, not an issue. The issue is with the weak signal and limited coverage. Many times we wouldn’t even be out of town and loose connection. And unless you were outside, you’d often loose the signal or have a very weak one. Annoying. Then when we upgraded to android phones that looked great, what a fiasco. No matter how we tweaked them or tried to get help from Metro customer service, nothing worked. We’d charge our phones and they’d often be dead in just a few hours after doing so. So we’ve dropped Metro and have gone to Sprint. Want some good service and phones? Sprint. Their HTC EVo 3D is amazing. Beautifully engineered and the functionality is beautiful. But regarding Metro, I have little clue how they’ll keep business. The production and prevalence of their commercials makes it appear they’re moving forward, but with all the negative reviews, I don’t think that will last long.
