I love Fossil but I can’t stand shopping in this particular store. They follow you around and try to small talk with you WAY too much. I’m not sure if it’s the managers idea or not but sometime people just want to shop in peace. You have to learn to read the customer.

How do you command loyalty? Superior service! I’ve been a collector of Fossil for at least 20 years, and have always had the best service, regardless of location. Which store really shines above most? This one, hands down. Quick with battery changes, helpful when recommending items (especially if you need help finding a specific watch band), and overall genuine in their appreciation in just stopping by to see their latest items, it makes me feel proud that I own Fossil products!

Just went in to the Fossil at Topanga to get my Watch fixed and look for new watches.
Michelle was amazing and helped me with everything I needed and even helped explain the warranty and pricing for the fix on my wife’s watch!!!
Would highly recommend Fossil and specifically this one.
