They took 30 mins to toast a sandwich. 3 people worked big there on a quiet day… the other time I came in it took 40 minutes to make wings and a pasta this place is the worst dominos location I have ever been to!!! It should be closed down and the clueless employees should be fired !!!

It took longer than the said«15 minutes» for my large pizza to cook and be prepared. the cashier had told me after said 15 minutes it was going to be another 45 because they had made it wrong and realized it was made wrong. terrible attitude and terrible service here…

I should have trusted these reviews. I ordered 2 large pizzas, easy order you would think.. Wrong. First, the delivery guy gave me a ranch that was opened and had spilt all over the top of the box and didn’t give me another ranch. Second, one of the pizzas i got was skimmed on the toppings really bad. When I called the store the assistant manager was loaded with rudeness. After I asked for the pizza to be remade he had the nerve to ask for the original pizza back. Are you serious?? They’re just going to throw it away. I’m not trying to get free pizza, I’m too hungry to mess with that. Now I know why their reviews are so low. The owners should invest in training their staff in better customer service.

We regularly carry out from this location. It’s pretty hard, in my eyes, to mess up pizza. However, this particular carry out sucked. My Husband came home complaining about the bottom of the pizza box soaking through. When we opened his pepperoni pizza, it was a hot, greasy mess. Really annoying.

I wish I could give no stars. Be prepared to have your order made wrong! I’ve ordered from this location for 3 years and EVERYTIMEMYORDERISMADEWRONG! I don’t understand why I keep going back to this location and ordering from here. I guess I just hoped they will get better but I was wrong. My pizza is super simple and easy too… Just so sad that I even complain to management and they just send me a free pizza but even when I redeem it ITSMADEWRONG! :(Oh well I guess Papa Johns will be my new place now. Don’t give options on your website if you’re not going to honor it!

I made an online order and it said estimated deliver 17 – 27 min. I called the store after about 45 min and the rude girl on the phone told me my pizza hadn’t even left the store yet and it would be at least another 20 minutes. Shouldn’t they call and let you know? Why else do they have your number. Super rude and a waste of time. As for the pizza, it tasted like it had been sitting for an hour!

Really wish I could give zero stars. We order online which is always great. The problem comes when I put the instructions in notes for our gate code. The drivers always want us to meet them downstairs. Any other food delivery service always comes to our front door. Our driver tonight«Juan» barely spoke any English. I told him what the gate code was and to come up to the 4th floor. My husband had to go find him after 5 mins because«Juan» was too lazy to get out of his car and look for our apt. He kept telling my husband he was too busy and had other deliveries. Last I checked it was suppose to be delivered hot and fresh to my front door. Isn’t this suppose to be why you order delivery and why they charge you for the delivery… for the CONVENIENCE? The driver then wanted to take a pic of my hubby’s Credit card because his DL didn’t match our home address… ummm I don’t think so. The credit card name and DL are the same so no I’m not letting you take a pic of my credit card info. Now for the pizza, it was very bland, warm not hot, dry, and not made correctly. All this for $ 40 bucks.

I am officially never coming to this dominos again. I have been coming here for over 3 years faithfully and on Monday feb 22, 2016 I csme in for a carry out large pepperoni pizza. It looked good on the outside until I got home and my son started eating the pizza and it was burnt!!! I couldn’t believe how badly the dough was burnt. I called back and told the lady who answered the phone that the pizza was burnt and she said ok we will remake it for you next time. So today Wednesday feb 24,2016 I called yo get my remake and to my surprise there was no credit there. The lady who answered the phone said there was nothing she could do. I then asked to speak to her manager. Then the store manager Noël got on the phone and said there’s no credit and if there’s no credit there’s nothing he could do. I couldn’t believe this. I asked for the store manager to call me and he said Sean will. I will now be going to a new dominos from now on and I hope this gives you some insight on how they treat there loyal customers

I ordered online the other night after a long shift at work super tired just wanted to pick up my pizza & get in & out. The girl managing the front told me they had forgot to make my pizza & I’d have to wait an additional 10 – 15 minutes in which I did, but also offered me a free 2 liter drink. I didnt really want the drink tbh but the fact that they wanted to compensate me for lost time just shows how caring they are & that they support their customers. The pizza also tasted great & cooked the way I like it well done so it all worked out in my favor. Thank you dominoes

Horrible customer service. I order from here all the time but tonight I couldn’t believe how bad the service was. My coworkers and I ordered food to our work which we’ve been doing for months. The delivery guy always comes here. When I finally got a call from the store our pizza was outside the delivery guy had just sold it to someone else after I waited 45 minutes for my order. I was upset because this isn’t the first time he’s been here to deliver and he just gave away my order. I called the store to get the problem addressed was on hold for over 13 minutes for the assistant manager to tell me «we’re really sorry it won’t happen again» and hung up on me. I won’t be ordering from here again after this and how they didn’t even acknowledge the fact they messed up. I will be contacting the corporate office.

Disappointed at this location. I ordered last night a thin crust pizza and came with regular crust. When deliveries arrived the delivery gives me the wrong receipt and tells me that he gave my receipt to someone else by accident and to just sign a post-it note with the tip. Now, I’m just waiting for my bank to clear the transaction to make sure the person they signed my receipt didn’t over tipped.

This location doesn’t even deserve one star I called them to place a phone order after not being able to place it online I was quoted 45 min I called them back after an hour and 15 min latter after never getting my pizzas the young lady who took my order assured me the delivery guy should be here since he had left 15 min ago then she asked me for my address to check on the drivers location to find out they had the wrong address then to make things worse she came to realization that the order was never placed in the first place so after arguing with them Over the phone for 10 min they never offered any solutions to the problem. Worse experience ever.

Ordered delivery from here many times. Never been in. Yummy pizza, though they’ve forgotten sides and drinks from my order from time to time. They’re usually on time; I’ve never noticed a late delivery. But, the delivery guys have trouble getting into my complex and I mostly meet them on the street at this point(but they still have trouble finding me). Overall, I’m a loyal customer but they can do better.

My original rating was 1 star, i jut changed it to 4 for attempt, they contacted me and are doing what they can to make it right with the customer and i think thats what any of us wish, is as long as a business can make your experience better then they deserve a chance to do so. They’re running a special medium pan pizza two topping for $ 8.99, I tried several times to place this order and it kept giving me a price of $ 9.99, I ended up calling it and so they could find out what the problem was after five minutes they determined that the price was extra because of the two toppings, so wasting my time they weren’t even able to offset the price of the pizza by one dollar, even after I spoke to the manager. So basically the coupon is misleading it’s not $ 8.99 it’s actually $ 9.99.

Officially overpriced at this point! Every item on their menu I typically order has increased $ 1 each from $ 5.99 to $ 6.99, that’s a 14% increase overnight! Maybe they got over confident with yesterday’s State of the Union address Obama gave. Too bad, his words were uplifting but this is highway robbery. VERY dissatisfied!

YUCKIMGETTING A REFUND!!! This pizza showed up drowning in sauce and when we called for a fix the asst. mngr Stephanie Warez argued with my boyfriend who used to work for the company over a delivery fee for a fixer pizza. also the website says delivery is $ 2.99 and I’m certain she said $ 3.50??? The mistake was there’s why do we pay twice??? Driving there now and going to PAPAJOHNS or somewhere with FOOD
