We enjoy coming here. I like to purchase earrings made locally and seeing local artist work. The employee however was very Unfriendly !!! Not sure what her deal was!

What a great shop I cannot believe I have never stopped in before! This is more like a tourist stop and there is nothing wrong with that because they offer some pretty nice souvenirs which are framed well and very reasonably priced. They have a very thorough selection too of art prints, photography and even offer some handmade local jewelry and hair clips. The owner was super friendly even with the shop being very busy.

We stopped in here to buy souvenirs after walking around Cannon Beach(which is a lovely, cute little beach town). The emphasis is on artwork and framed photographs. We bought a couple of framed photos of landmarks we visited while in Oregon. There is an ample selection and everything is of high quality. Good place to stop and I recommend it.

On my first visit to Cannon Beach about 17 years ago, this is the store where I purchased some of my first Oregon artwork. That is when I loved paintings by Jennifer Lake Miller and photography by Ron Keebler. This is not a fancy gallery. It is the equivalent of a beach souvenir shop for art. The store has stayed pretty much the same over the years with tons of merchandise stacked in every nook and cranny and it is always crowded since they have the perfect location in the middle of town on the main street. They specialize in mass produced, very popular images of the Oregon, especially the Oregon Coast. Currently they have a ton of dog related merchandise, very smart in this canine obsessed area. My personal tastes have changed over the years, and I seek out more unique images and other forms of art, but this gallery will always have a warm place in my heart. If you are visiting the area and want a picture to remember your visit, then this will be one of the best(and most affordable) options in the area.

Great art. Poor/no service. The other night when the rain finally cleared I did a little window shopping in downtown Cannon Beach. Many of the stores there are art stores but this one in particular resignated with me. The window displays were full of beautiful photography in both color and black and white. And some of Paul A. Lanquist’s prints were displayed too. I’m a big shopper and of all the art stores, clothing stores, toys stores and home good stores in downtown, this was the only one that I was passionate about visiting the next day. So I enthusiastically skipped in there on the next day ready to buy some art. We were in there for over twenty minutes flipping through the pre-matted prints, comparing them to some framed pieces, pointing to this versus that, etc. We were the only two patrons in there so it made our across-store discussions about what to buy easy. Sadly, the owner never acknowledged our existence until I was ready to give him my money. I had really hoped to buy some framed pieces and have them shipped to my home in San Diego. But the luke warm reception, actually, no reception at all, resulted in a small $ 24 sale consisting of two prints. If you like the art, just but it on line because I bet the internet has better customer service than the store.
