While the facilities are nice and the animals seem to be nicely taken care of, they were pretty shady about the drop off and pick up times. We were given a pick up time of 3, and were never told that if they were picked up before 12, we would only be charged for 1 day. We picked them (2 dogs) up at 1 PM and were charged for 2 full days. I paid $ 72 for my dogs to be boarded 26 hours, when I could have paid $ 36 had they made us (new customers) aware of their pick up policy. We even told the receptionist this and they didn’t do anything for us. We are new to the area and will be in need of dog care in the future, but will not be returning customers, which is unfortunate since we live right down the road.
