Matt Olsen – State Farm Insurance Agent

I just got off of the phone with the secretary. I was trying to resolve a possible double insurance payment made by fault of State Farm. I told her that what she was telling me sounds like a bunch of finger pointing and I am tired of the problems I have recently experienced with State Farm and am considering a new insurance company.
Her response «OK».
I have been with some of the greatest State Farm reps since 1988. I have never experienced issues like this before. Her cold response to my frustration is confirmation enough for me. The wholesome service that I once had is obviously no longer available.
State Farm will welcome you, wrap their arm around you and shake your hand like a pal, then once something goes astray nobody knows nothing. Everything is done out of a different office, they know nothing about anything. I need an agent who will always be there, be informative, and a staff of supportive people. NOT STATE FARM.
