I popped in here quickly looking for flowers for a hostess gift. When I didn’t see anything that piqued my interest right away the (really nice and friendly) saleswoman (owner?) let me come with her into the walk-​in freezer and basically create my own arrangement, choosing from her entire supply while offering suggestions for different stems that complemented each other etc. The prices were very reasonable — around $ 30 without a vase — and the flowers were top notch.

We recently chose Rockcastle for 2 large floral arrangements for my grandmother’s funeral. With only one day’s notice, Sean was professional, friendly and above all provided great customer service and product. The 2 arrangements were exactly as described by Sean (slight color and flower modifications from photos in book).
We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend Rockcastle. And we feel the prices were very fair ($ 160 and $ 189, delivered, for large arrangements that included lovely roses). I’m still impressed.
FYI…Rockcastle Florist has recently moved to 100 S. Main St., Canandaigua. A nice move for a long-​established business… now in the heart of downtown.
