Julie at the Canandaigua Office has very poor communication skills! She has given me a total of 5 false delivery dates for parts my car has been waiting on. Totaling a 10WEEKSPAN! My car is currently going to be taken to another shop because of this. Not by my choice but by her suggestion. I guess business is that good you can turn customers away! I would have given zero stars if that was an option!

My husband was recently in an accident and incurred front and rear damage to his car. After looking around a bit and receiving the Allstate estimate, we decided to go with Nu-Look in Canandaigua. We had heard good things about Nu-Look in Fairport and Canandaigua was a much more convenient location for us with work with. The dropoff process was painless and Julie took the time to explain what would happen and the approximate timeframe for each step. They kept in touch over the coming days with updates and went above and beyond to make the experience as trouble-free as possible for us. They worked with the insurance company and were able to secure additional work than wasn’t identified before taking it apart. without issue. In the end, they and their partners ended up finding enough frame damage that the insurance company totaled the car about 5 days after us dropping it off. They continued to work on helping us finalize the process, even after they knew they were not going to be getting our business to get it fixed back up, unfortunately. Overall, very happy with the helpful, personal service we got from Julie and the rest of the team here. Hope we never have need for a collision place again, but if we do, we’ll be going back to Canandaigua Nu-Look. Thanks!
