does not communicate very well with customers. recently just was going to give them all my business with internet, tv and telephone as there triple play. they said we were in a area that had service. when the tech came here. he said service wasn’t available. than surpervisor said he was wrong service was available here, and the tech was going to be fired and set us up to have service. they mailed us the equipment and the same tech that was going to be fired came again so that was a lie from Comcast. and the tech said sorry this area doesn’t get service there was no lines. again complaining and lied too twice I decided not to go with there service. and apparently they didn’t take no as a answer and bugged us many times over the phone alone sending us a tech that was going to connect a line when we were not even warned about. bad communication and many lies with this company. I would not recommend this cable service to anyone. if they can’t keep there stories straight and nothing but lies told to a new customer, what would it be like if you were a customer?
