Mark Zarrabian, DC-Zarrabian Chiropractic

I am so grateful for Dr. Zarrabian’s help. I had been suffering from serious back pain on and off for the past couple months. I had a not-​so-​great experience with another chiropractor so I was very nervous before my first visit at this office. But he came highly recommended and I needed help. So I called and made an appointment. During the visit, Dr. Zarrabian made me feel at ease. He did some adjustments and by the next day I was feeling better. He also sent me home with some exercises and stretches. He is a great listener, too. If you say «don’t crack my neck,» he won’t – unlike some other chiropractors. I highly recommend him!

Dr Zarrabian is wonderful!!! He always does his best to fit me in with my crazy schedule and treats my son (5) and me like family. I always leave feeling so much better than when I arrived due to the adjustment. To top it off, a few years back, my mother was suffering from severe back pain. After seeing several doctors and specialists, she was referred to Dr Zarrabian. He was the only one to tell her that she could have a cyst on her ovary which can cause back pain. She took this info to her doctor and they found that she had cancer after all! Who knows if anyone would have found it without this info! I am so grateful for Dr Zarrabian and trust him fully!

All I can say is Dr Zarrabian helped me. I don’t go to the doctor much, so when I do, it is because I need it.
He took very good care of me, made a diagnosis that made sense, and recommended another chiro closer to me, so that I wouldn’t have to make such a long drive to and from him office in Campbell.
Talked me through the entire situation and treatment plan and process, then applied the appropriate tools under a heating pad on my lower back to loosen things up for a bit. Came back and made the adjustment of my life — aack! Woke up this morning for the first time with no pain. Back is a little sore — as it should be from the months or years of deformity — but the pain is gone. I feel like a new person but will continue with the stretches and follow up visits he recommended for me.
Bedside manner also great. Don’t stress about your problems. Go see a doctor. Dr Zarrabian is great.
If I can get one other person to go see him, I would feel like my eternal debt of gratitude in some way has been repaid. I would consider it a personal favor.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Zarrabian for almost 20 years, not regularly, but once every couple of years when I aggravate an old injury. One visit, rarely two, and I’m set. Last year I was in a serious car accident; he took excellent care of me and had me up and running in no time. This year, I had bulged discs – the worst instance of my back injuries – could not stand upright and was walking crooked taking two inch steps. With a handful of visits over 10 days (the most I’ve seen him EVER) and strictly heeding his advice in the interim, I was back to my normal active lifestyle. Others in the same condition have surgery, but I trusted him, listened and consequently have no issues. I appreciate his logical recommendations rather than some quacks who schedule dozens of needless appointments and recommend handfuls of pain medication to dull pain that a person should be aware of as part of the healing process. He’s always been super accommodating about fitting me in if I need to see him urgently and has kept the same reasonable rates for almost two decades! I’m almost afraid to recommend him so highly for fear he’ll become inundated with new patients running from all the horrible chiropractors out there, but seeing as he’s now treated my boyfriend and best friend with equally astonishing results, I have to share!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Zarrabian. I first went to him because I found nothing but quacks out there. Everyone I found wanted to milk the insurance companies by doing x-​ray after x-​ray. He was the first to diagnose my back problems not only accurately but without the high $$‘s. I didn’t know I had insurance at the time but over time his assistant helped straighten this out.
My neck was so messed up from my youth that I didn’t even realize how bad it had become over time till one day I couldn’t get out of bed. My roommate at the time kept telling me about Dr. Z so I finally went in ON A SATURDAY. The Dr. made a special trip to see me at his office. Well over a couple of visits he completely corrected my neck & back. Then told me what no other chiropractor will ever do (You don’t need a maintenance program. Only come and see me when you feel the need). Wow, an HONEST chiropractor. I’m not saying maintenance programs are a rip off but my back was good enough not to warrant that. I could tell he was in this profession because of his passion.
Now I only go in when I feel the need. He’s educated me on the signs (like when I feel heavy on one foot instead of standing balanced on both feet. If not I can tell my back is out of whack which forces me to put more pressure on one foot).
I understand what the other reviewer commented on, that being the dr. tends to do the same adjustments on me most of the time BUT IT DOES THE JOB. I have a chronic condition, pre-​scoliosis which means it’s going to reoccur. He definitely knows what he’s doing and EVERYONE I’ve sent his way calls me up to thank me for the recommendation! Sorry about the disgruntled client on the previous listing but oh well, can’t please them all.

Dr. Zarrabian is quite careless to the needs of his patients. He says he is a provider for Kaiser and is listed in their provider directory, but he gave me a hard time and charged me $ 45 for the adjustment, when my normal copay is $ 5. He said he had some issues with Kaiser, and I plan to inform Kaiser in some way how this man is handling his patients. He ALWAYS uses ice before the adjustment. Personally, ice makes me more tense before an adjustment. He just goes in and adjusts you like a robot and doesn’t really feel for what your particular needs are at the time.
