Kumon Math and Reading Center of Campbell – East

My daughter has been attending Campbell Kumon center for the last 4 months and I already see significant improvement. She has doubled her speed in the tests for addition, subtraction and multiplication in just 3 months! This center goes an extra mile (compared to the West SJ center, where we went before) to chart the progress and provide additional resources to stimulate learning. Rich (the owner) is very friendly and personally involved in each student’s progress. One other unique thing he did was to put my daughter on a fast track program since she started Kumon a bit late (in middle school). She will soon catch up with her grade level and hopefully be beyond it in the next few months. No other Kumon does this. They keep you going for years at a slow & steady rate. I could not be happier!

I was referred to Kumon Campbell by a coworker. His two kids are enrolled there and he and his wife were very impressed with the progress they were making in school as a result of Kumon. We decided to enroll our kids at Kumon Campbell 2.5 years ago and now fully believe in this unique approach to learning math and reading. The owner of Kumon Campbell is Rich and he is a former «Kumon Dad» so he has personally seen the benefits with his own kids. Rich freely shares his insight and experience with us, and that helps us better support our kids’ learning. In our experience, all of the teachers at Kumon are great with the kids, but our kids really like working with Nadia when they get the chance. There is a Kumon center closer to our house, but we continue to drive them to Kumon Campbell as Rich and his staff have a real passion for learning and working with the kids that makes it more fun for them.

Kumon has advanced both of my kids testing and math skills. It has been a very positive way of enhancing their learning. The owner, Rich and his staff are all very nice, smart and patience. We are very happy with the program!

I just wanted to add that this learning center has helped my relative get caught up and move ahead with math– the teachers are nice and very smart and patient. We are all so happy in my family with how much progress thanks to Kumon Campbell.

I’ve been taking my preschooler here for two weeks. After trying to teach her math and reading by myself using at-​home workbooks, I decided I needed help. So I tried Kumon. Ms. Ruby runs this particular Kumon center on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. So far, what I can tell is that I do all the work at home keeping up with the daily worksheets and Ms Ruby provides her professional opinion of the correct pacing. Apparently I had been pushing her too fast and not concentrating on handwriting and repetition enough. So far, my daughter really likes it and feels comfortable with the pace. With this slower-​than-​I-​thought pace she is always nails the worksheets and I can give her a honest, «You did great, Honey!»
