Very lucky to find these guys — they did a complete bathroom and kitchen during our remodel and the results were stunning. Super-​tight grout lines, carefully cut and placed tiles to make complex patterns and pleasant, professional and fast.
Highly recommended!

We got an estimate from Mike, asked him to schedule the work. Never heard from him again.

Forgot to mention that Jaime noticed a concrete birdbath in my front yard had a crack in the bowl. He used some of his thinset to fill the crack and resurface the inside of the bowl. A small touch that only took him a few minutes, but like they say «It’s the thought that counts». Anybody that’s going above and beyond the necessary is the one you want working on your house.

Be very wary of this firm. I was referred to them by The Tile Shop while I was looking for tile. I also knew 1 other person who used them. I ordered really expensive custom tile. And– it’s obvious this firm didn’t know how to work with this material. My kitchen backsplash just has me shaking my head whenever I look at it and my bathrooms aren’t much better. It’s just not done very well, looks like a weekend project, not to mention that they didn’t order enough tile and, being a custom order, I had to wait 6 – 8 weeks to get some more. What kind of tile contractor doesn’t know how to measure and order?
About Mike the owner — you’ll never see him again. And he doesn’t return phone calls unless HE wants something. Workers who are difficult to communicate with are sent to your house and they have no concept of timing and when they should and shouldn’t show up. It was also obvious that Mike did not properly communicate what tile and grout should go where. I stopped the workers from making critical mistakes because I just happened to be passing by and took a look in. What kind of firm doesn’t take the time to read what tile and grout goes where? After the job was done, it did end up that they installed some tile I had never seen and/​or ordered before. Yep, we had to rip it out. One of the bathrooms is another example of poor workmanship. I had to have some of the tiles replaced or reinstalled because they weren’t flat/​flush with the wall!
If you go ahead and use this firm… consider yourself warned!

I was referred to Innovative Tile Concepts by a friend. Mike answered emails and returned phone calls immediately. He was also on time to our appointments. The work that Innovative Tile Concepts did was amazing. They tiled the whole downstairs. I really appreciated Mike’s expertise and knowledge when giving me insight into tile choices and layout. I was originally going to pick travertine but after talking with Mike, I am so glad I decided to go with a porcelain in 12×24 tiles. I also love the grout color that Mike helped me pick out. With a 90-​pound dog running in and out, the clean up of fur is easy and the porcelain tile is durable and sratch-​proof. Their price is very competitive, their quality is top-​notch, and they are a pleasure to work with.

Innovative Tile Concepts installed tile throughout the «public» areas of our house (kitchen, dining room, living room, hall, and office). Mike was easy to work with over email and phone for estimates and scheduling.
We bought the tile and grout ourselves at Home Depot, and Jaime put it down. We *love* it! We originally wanted a diagonal pattern (to avoid the graph-​paper effect we had with our old tile). Jaime pointed out that the depending on where we stood, we’d still see that graph-​paper look that we wanted to avoid. He suggested a staggered layout (like a brick pattern), and we couldn’t be happier. I’m especially happy with how clean the edges and difficult cuts turned out. He’s a real pro!
We were so pleased with the job that Jaime did, that we had Innovative Tile install the backsplash tile in our new kitchen. A different crew did that, and we’re happy with the result.
We’re looking forward to having our fireplace tiled too… as soon as we can decide what to do!

We had Innovative Tiles do 2 bathrooms for us and fix the backsplash in our kitchen after another contractor completely botched the job. They are really good at what they do. Mike is a really nice guy to deal with and Jaime is an artist with tiles. They make good recommendations which helps when you’re unsure. Their pricing is competitive and their work is high quality. They take pride in their work and it shows. Honest, nice, and talented people. We highly recommend them.

I’ve had Innovative Tile do 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms for me in 2 different homes. They did a GREAT job… on time, on budget, quality work, and cleaned up after themselves every day. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!
