Chris Tennant (manager) and Sean Betti (owner) are top notch customer service professionals (which is really hard to come by these days i.e. high quality experts who are genuinely nice people). For starters, Sean communicated well in the proposal process for the installation of my Tesla NEMA 14 – 50 outlet. I was very happy with his competitive pricing. Chris called me to update me on exactly what time they were showing up so I wasn’t sitting around waiting and wondering. During the job, they were very courteous and polite in EVERY interaction. They consulted with me on every decision (these kinds of projects always have some wrinkle to them) and focused on WHAT I WANTED vs. options that would be easier/​more convenient for THEM. They took special care to clean up and even asked if I needed help putting things back! Don’t waste your time shopping around… just call Infinite Networks!
