Fuzzy Residential and Mobile Home Service

After working with another so-​called contractor of mobile homes we decided to go with Fuzzy Residential and Mobile Home Service.
COULD NOT HAVE MADE A BETTER SELECTION!
We had, new windows, roof, front deck, fence, and paint done to the outside of our 1976 mobile home. Not only did Fuzzy Mobile Home Service do a fabulous job, in less than two weeks, but we have a BIRD and DOG. We stressed the smell of the paint for our bird and the fact our dog is a runner. The guys made sure to notify us in advance if anything was being done that day that would be a hazardous to our pets. Not one single problem, the guys were exceptionally clean and very polite. Now we are saving to have them come back and remodel our two bathrooms and anything else that we see needs an upgrade. I can’t even begin to stress how happy I am with our new looking mobile home THANKS to Fuzzy and his crew!!!

After a water leak I needed a repair to sub floor, wall with mold and flooring. Laminate was discontinued so I went with tile in kitchen and hall. I also had the contractor tile laundry room, two bathrooms, entryway with tiles to match. I never use the tub and Fuzzy said they could remove it and tile the entire bathroom. I ordered a cabinet for the bathroom, two support bars in the shower. They adjusted my shower head and I can now get water pressure that I have always wanted. They also got me a new kitchen sink with facuet. Then they put wheels, that lock, on my island so I can move it when entertaining. I showed Fuzzy how my outside facuet was leaking and they fixed that! I could not say anything other than they did a GREAT job! The workman were respectful, hardworking, had such attention to detail that the job is complete, my house looks great, except it needs a good dusting!
I am very happy to say Fuzzy and his crew were great to work with. The job they did deserves 5 stars! I have highly recommended them already. FYI other contractors came but never called me back or followed through!

Unfortunately I went with Fuzzy Mobile Home Service to redo my floors and kitchen after water damage because my insurance company (Farmers) recommended him. He submitted to me an estimate that he eventually changed to a higher cost after he realized I received more money for the floors than he estimated it would cost to install. Payment was made periodically and at times he only wanted cash. After the work was completed I showed him numerous repairs and items that were not done right or needed to be redone. He made excuses and only fixed 3 items out of 12. He only did one coat of paint, he didn’t caulk around the granite back splash to the wall, he didn’t put silicone around the kitchen sink and faucet, all basic procedures when installing a kitchen counter top and sink. He did not apply crown moulding around the toe kicks and parts where the counters come together. When he did put in some crown moulding he used two different ones (different color) and wouldn’t change it. Instead of installing a cabinet he put shelves in without my knowledge much less a change order. I could go on and on. His attitude was condescending and rude. He appears to just want to move on to his next job (so his estimate doesn’t expire) and not finish his current job.
Since he didn’t finish the work I have had two estimates that will cost me $ 3,200 to get the work finished.
