Copper Gutter Service

My husband and I have reported this company to BBB! The owner, George Sasko, was good in the beginning when he was trying to get the contract from us. As the project started, he did not honor everything he said he would do. He also billed us more than what the contract states. He kept adding hidden cost and additional charges to his invoices. Luckily, we reviewed and caught the hidden cost that he added before we sent our payment. He sent inexperienced workers to install the copper on the custom home we are building and his reason was «they climb like a monkey». Some of the copper gutter and dormer barrel roofs were not properly installed and other areas were full of fingerprints looking rainbow color from day one, instead of shiny copper. Other areas are messed up and need repair. To this date, he has not fixed them. When I met him at my job site two months ago, I asked him if he could remove the white stain on the gutter in the back of the house, he’s reply was «I’m not your slave.» He kept delaying our project and now that he’s 50% complete (after 7 months), he’s pulling out of the job and told us to look for another sheetmetal guy. George Sasko is very unprofessional. He kept breaking our written contract and cannot be trusted. He’s a good talker but lack the ability to complete the job. Now our project will be delayed again because we have to look for a sheetmetal company to finish and correct what he left behind.
