Unfortunately, it’s on base in Camp Pendleton. They check IDs and you can only get on base with military ID. If you can get on base, the closest gate is the one off Douglass. Just follow the road in and it’s in the same plaza as Domino’s across from the MCX. As long as you can get on base, then this Enterprise is worth it.
The customer service is great here. I called for a 4WD vehicle and they were able to get me one the exact same day. Once on base, we let them know if our problem of shuttling cars back and that no one else would have ID to get me on base. They offer a free ride anywhere on base, to get picked up at any of the gates, and they also allowed us to return the vehicle at another Enterprise location if it made it easier for us. Some Enterprise do not allow this or will charge $ 125 or more for it. This location is courteous and really helps you in getting you what you need.
