I just waited two hours for my delivery and when I finally called to check up on it, they voided my order because the driver couldn’t find my room. Not only did no one tell me about it, but they didn’t even offer a discount or any sort of rectification. They only asked if I wanted to put another order in. Very poorly handled. Please keep the drivers informed.

They don’t follow directions well at all. This is the third time I’ve ordered pasta from them and they put meat on it when I specifically asked for no meat. I’m tired of always having to wait am extra hour or two to get the correct order. If you could at least do that right you’d at least get a three from new. They just fucked up my order twice in a row. In the same day.

The food is good at this dominos, but it drives me crazy when I order a pizza and it has hardly any toppings!!! If I wanted a cheese pizza I would have ordered one.

Good, quick pizza. What more do you want? Domino’s has improved its crust, and I am a fan. Woohoo.

The pizza, chicken, etc are all fine. The food is normal Domino’s and the food arrives on time. My main complaint is I have paid for extra sauce about 4 times and they have never brought it, and when sauce is supposed to come to with a side they never bring that either. We either go without or have to drive out and pick up the sauce. When I’m paying extra for a «dip» I would like that to actually come with my meal.

Apparently Dominoes has forgotten how a business works. Spent 20mins placing an order over the phone, to include having my order read back to me, and then told it would take 30 – 45 mins to deliver. Ok no biggie. ANHOURAND A HALFLATER… still no fucking order??! So I call back and I get told that they have no such order., and they can’t help me. Fuck. You.

Still awful, have been back a couple times hoping for improvement and it just gets worse each time we go back.

Because of the convenient location, my bad review probably won’t make a difference in the high sales of this specific location. Hopefully my low rating will convince the chain to take a more serious role in the quality control of the orders made at this place. This is the second or possibly third time they have messed my families order up by forgetting or adding the wrong toppings. What if we were allergic to a specific ingredient that was accidentally added? There needs to be more attention to detail when the food is prepared for customers. It doesn’t surprise me that this restaurant has a very low rating. Don’t rely heavily on this place getting your order right because just by looking at other reviews, it appears this place has a habit of screwing orders up.

Absolutely horrible! My pizza looked like the toppings had been scraped to one side and it was COLD! And my pasta that was supposed to only be pasta and Alfredo sauce came with chicken… so much for my vegetarian friend having dinner. The delivery driver was rushed and sloppy. He almost dropped my order at my door. I can, with confidence, say I will not be ordering from here again.

We order from here since it’s so close when we’re feel feeling lazy. The thing is though – it’s not good! Every time we order, the food is burnt and has very little sauce. Our thin crust tasted like cardboard. The service is worse than the food. They simply just look at you like you’re bothering them.

I ordered 8 boneless wings and received the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen! 2 of them were just crust. No chicken. Neither of the sauces I ordered were included either. My hot and my each were not there despite me paying extra since I ordered 2. The delivery guy seemed like he just wanted to leave. Why is this the only delivery place on base. This monopoly is pathetic!

Ordered from here a few times and have never had any problems with speed or friendliness. I’ve gotten soggy and not cut all the way through pizza from them a couple of times, hence the stars taken off. I’ve never bothered to complain to them about it however, so I’m only taking one star off of an otherwise decent dominoes.

Really? So I just moved on base and the first time I ordered pizza from this branch of dominos which is located less than 2 miles from my home. I ordered the pizza online(as I always have in the past) and chose the«pay with cash option». The delivery was quick(within 30 minutes) which was good. The delivery person was friendly and courteous… but this is when it gets bad. When I gave him a $ 20 and a $ 10 to pay for my $ 21.13 order he said«thanks» and started to walk off! I said, «excuse me, can I have my change»? He states, «I am sorry I don’t have any change.» What kind of establishment would send a delivery driver out without any change in his pocket? I was fine giving a $ 3 or $ 4 tip but I sure as heck I’m not going to tip almost 50% of the pizza cost! At the end of the episode, I just said I will call and pay with my credit card. Spoke with the manager and she compensated with a free pizza — but the point is REALLY? I gave a 2 star rating only because of the compensation — and honestly the pizza was mediocre. I will not be ordering from this dominos again.

I’ve ordered here alot over the past few years and more often than not I am pleased with the product. The pizzas can get sloppy on the weekends during the evening but is still good place to order from for the price.

I have had many pleasant experiences ordering from this location. Delivery is always fast and friendly. During the brush fires on Camp Pendleton, the Firefighters were pulling 12 hour shifts and eating bag lunch’s. This Dominos delivered free pizza’s to the Firefighters. Thank you Courtney for taking care of those putting themselves in harms way. I know this act of kindness was appreciated by all the firefighters and has earned my respect as well.

I love this Dominos. They have only gotten my order wrong once and that was they forgot some sauce, the driver went all the way back to dominos to get me the sauce. They deliver fast and the drivers are really nice.

Myonline and phone orders were always perfect. The people who take the orders via phone are usually funny and entertaining. Delivery is pretty fast, considering I live down the street from them. Although, two nights ago I was driving back on base and decided I was going to pick up a pizza through the drive-thru, thinking it was going to be quick since it’s a drive-thru. I ordered and the server gave me my drinks and said the pizza would be ready in 20-minutes. I thought he was kidding, but he was serious. So I drove to the parking lot and waited only abour 12 minutes and my order was ready. I was pleased, but now I know not to order through drive through for a medium sized pizza!

UMM Its DOMINOS, if you are expecting GORMET pizza or something like that you might want to go somewhere else They are historically late(but please remember they are very very busy and have many barracks they service all around the base) So if i were you i would PICKUP instead of deliver, the food is what you imagine

Now, I’d be a complete pizza snob if I said that the only«real» pizzas are found in Chicago, New York City, and the Italian motherland, but I honestly do love Domino’s and I LOVE pizza –just not this one. I had a mean Domino’s craving for weeks now and it ended with me dialing Domino’s of Camp Pendleton. Memories of a Domino’s-filled childhood surfaced and I just had to re-live those memories. Little did I know, I was to be highly disappointed. * My previous experience with this branch was less than satisfactory, but I decided to give them a second chance since the cravings were insatiable and I was in a forgiving mood. So, I phoned in a pickup order(that I was later able to pick up through their drive-thru) and requested: 1) a medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, hearty marinara sauce, and extra cheese; 2) a garden salad with lite Italian dressing, and 3) an 8-piece order of wings with ranch sauce. The customer service I received was great and I was told it would be ready in approximately 10 – 15 minutes. I arrived ten minutes later(on the dot) and the whole lot of grub was ready. I picked it up from their drive-thru window and high-tailed it back home. The box was on my dining table 10 minutes later after receiving it. Did I mention that seriously, the customer service from employees here was spot-on and refreshingly polite? Upon inspecting the food, I found both goods and bads. GOOD: all the ‘biggies’ that I ordered was there. BAD: the presentation/quality of the pizza and wings were highly lacking AND the Italian dressing that I ordered for my salad was clearly NOT there. The pizza visually resembled a «day-old» pie that had been sitting out in room temp and had just been reheated to sell quickly. I know an absolutely fresh pizza as it is obvious when the cheese is stretching as you pull a slice and the sauce should singe the roof of your mouth. Upon taking a bite of last night’s pizza, it was clearly evident to me that the pizza was one of two things: [1] over-baked, or [2] left out, and re-heated. To be honest, the pizza DID taste good – it tasted wonderful. Wonderful in the sense that it was what I would expect from a day old re-heated pizza. I was expecting a freshly-baked, cheese melting, steam-rising off the top pizza where the toppings are practically falling off. Not a pizza where it’s like eating a cracker with ketchup, cheese, and meat. –GROSS– The wings were only dolloped with sauce, and not doused in them — some even looked over-cooked. Salad came with a bag of garlic-butter croutons and that seemed a bit tacky for a world-wide chain restaurant. The veggies used for the salad were on the brink of rotting and the salad as a whole tasted mediocre even with dressing and croutons. It staved off hunger nonetheless, but it was nothing to rave to the masses about. NOTE: food is pictured here. For as many employees that they had working inside last night, there was no assurance of quality in the product I received last night. It tempts me to believe that customer satisfaction at this branch is not highly valued and that only quantity of products produced is what matters. Tonight’s meal was ridiculously disappointing and even brought forth an onset of mild-depression like no other. I will not be returning and I will pass news that this branch needs a major overhaul [of some sort] to ensure that the food quality that I received last night is never duplicated again. P. S. The hard-charging Marines who live on this base may dine on MRE’s and mediocre-quality Mess Hall grub on some days(if not most). This does not mean that their normal fare should be duplicated to appease their taste palates. In layman’s terms: take-out is a special treat sometimes, and it shouldn’t resemble an MRE or Mess Hall slop. ** To add insult to injury, formal complaints made to corporate were ignored just like their quality assurance is ignored. I guess they deserve a point for consistency. –NOT!-
