American Signature Furniture

I like the furniture, but everytime you get the items you ordered something is damaged on it, I bought three beds from them and one dress, first one of the beds had a crack in the rail it was not able to be put together until two weeks later, the dresser had a damaged area on the side of it .
The store is always clean and so far the customer services was not bad at all, but if I am paying for quality furniture than that is what I should get

I give this place an overall 2 stars for a few reasons.
1. The costumer service is kinda horrible. The contact that I’ve had with one of the managers (believe his name is Melvin it begins with an M) I’ve concluded that he is rude. On two serperate occasions I’ve seen other customers get into somewhat of a confrontation with him so I guess it’s not just me.
2. When I went to pick up my bed I waited about 20min before they brought it to the back and loaded it. During this time one of the other managers were just sitting out back bbq’ing. I felt he should put his customers first and didn’t feel that way. Another lady was waiting for a small item for a long time as well.
3. I wanted to return my bed to get a King size instead they stated that I had to bring it back within the first 7 days thought that was weird. I wasn’t able to get a truck to bring it back until after that time so was a little pissed off but maybe that was my fault.
4. My friend has ordered a bed from here in May they delivered everything but the headboard and now (two months later) she has yet to get her headboard. They attempted to deliver it two weeks ago and brought the wrong headboard so she’s still waiting.
Store seems to be clean and typical for a furniture store. But they really need to work on their customer service. I bet they have a horrible rating on the BBB.

Great store!!! The prices are reasonable. The employees are so friendly!!! I recommend to the fullest. Great place. I found all my furniture there and I love it!!!
