Starbucks

Horrible experience there yesterday. I submitted a mobile order for two drinks and two pastries and expected it would be ready when I arrived. It was not.
After waiting ten minutes and seeing other customers being served who had ordered in store, I returned to my car for my phone to check to be sure I had actually hit «order.» I had. Finally after five more minutes, they called my name and gave me one pastry. I asked about the other three items. The barista said she knew nothing about that until I pointed out that the sticker said «4 of 4.» The manager Cheryl then told me she needed proof of my order before she would complete it. I showed her my screen and asked why it was taking so long. She snapped at me that she was trying to make it right.
I say to wait and finally after five minutes got one drink. Another five for the second drink. During this time I heard Cheryl arguing with another customer who was also complaining.
Finally all customers served but me. I’m still waiting for my second pastry. It’s been 30 minutes since my order was placed. Barista Brandon noticed me waiting and asked what I was missing. Made it for me quickly and apologized. Gave me gift cards to make amends. He is the only reason I gave even one star.
Cheryl was rude and incompetent.

Not always consistent, the order is wrong @ 20% of the time. And if that isn’t enough you have a regular that parks or front for free WiFi (red toyota truck) and leaves a pile of cigarette buts where he parks. Not good for all the kids.

Always my fav, I adore that they remember me. Funny when they are awkwardly engaging. Always get my drink right!

As much as I come here… at least twice or three times a week since last year. They still do not know my name. I order not just one drink, but multiple drinks at a time for my coworkers. They are friendly at times. This is a good location right off the freeway. I usually try their «special» that they are advertising or my usual Carmel macchiato iced or iced Americano.

I love Starbucks but their service here isn’t always the best. Sometimes the staff is friendly and some days they hardly say a word to me. I notice that certain employees are more friendly to some customers. My drink, a Venti Iced Skinny Mocha, is usually made right, but sometimes it is really strong and once they actually didn’t put any espresso in it! It was just syrup and milk, it tasted horrible. I usually avoid going to this location.

Great customer service here. Owners a sweet heart who does a great job at making you feel welcome and at home! Cudos for old fashioned business practices!

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. The best baristas around.

They get 2 stars — it’s Starbucks. They are missing there stars because they messed up my Venti iced coffee. Yes. Repeat. Venti iced coffee. The lady gave me the REALLY large bladder buster coffee. And to make it worse, the star loss is actually for the service when the guy tells me, it looks like you need this. Thanks for the commentary A-​Hole. Unnecessary.

Over the last year or so this location has really improved their hiring and has brought on some great, fun, and personable employees. Even though Starbucks is a big chain this place has the local coffee shop feel!
This location also recently underwent a make over… That was an improvement as well. Nice work!

I go to this Starbucks at least three times a week. The staff is wonderful, funny and always smiling. The environment is upbeat yet calm so you can relax, work on your computer or simply visit with friends. The coffee is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. From time to time I ask the baristas to surprise me with a drink they like or have created themselves! Give it a try. Nice to have something that’s not on the menu :)

The best Starbuck’s in our area!!!

It is time that I write something about this absolutely amazing Starbucks that I happened to stop by in October 2011. I was going from SFO to Lake Tahoe with my parents and sister and we stopped at this Starbucks, not knowing that it’ll be one of the best experience ever, and that too at a Starbucks location.
Well, what can be so special about a Starbucks location? After all, it is ‘just’ a Starbucks. In this case, this particular Starbucks set an example of exemplary customer service and showed that Starbucks is more than just a place to grab some coffee.
We grabbed a pizza from a place next door, and sat outside while waiting for our beverages. While I was adding sugar to my coffee, the district manager for Sacramento, CA location, Rob Webb, himself served the drinks to my parents and sister and I’ve never come across a more friendly and nicer person than Mr Rob Webb at this Starbucks. First of all, he let us eat the pizza on his premises and showed absolutely no grudge about it, and he seemed to be genuinely interested in talking to his customers and making them feel at home and also making sure that the beverages are made exactly the way the customer likes.
When we were about to leave, he went a step ahead when he took a photograph with us all and to our further surprise, he gift-​wrapped two Starbucks coffee mugs and gave it to us. That gesture totally surprised us as never before, I’ve seen this friendliness at any Starbucks location.
I emailed him the pictures later on and he replied saying:
«It was so great meeting you and your family! You truly made my day this day. This is what Starbucks is all about.. . the human connection. Meeting and making and friend. I hope you had a great time in Tahoe and had a safe trip home. My best to your parents and sister. Thank you for the pictures! Rob»

This is one of my favorite coffee joints around. I always feel welcome here and many of the baristas know my name and my drink. It makes a customer feel special when the employees are warm, fun and upbeat, greeting you like a longtime friend. Highly recommend this Starbucks and frequently drive out of my way to come here.

Very nice workers. My current drink is a soy, iced green tea, light ice, and when they made it, there wasn’t any of that green tea powder settling at the bottom. Shaken, not stirred!

Friendly service! Clean Store! The bestest place I have had a Green Tea Latte. The barista actually shaked my drink for a good minute instead of just watching my drink turn green or stirring it a couple of times. He took the time to make my drink. I’m giving Miles the Bestest Barista Award.

Best Starbucks in 15 miles! While service at Starbucks is almost always good, this location is a cut above the rest.
