Eh… Their apple fritters were over done. Their banana nut muffin lacked banana flavor. And they don’t make scones. The prices are fair but unless you’re going to buy a dozen for a bunch of people, I probably wouldn’t go back.

This place was delicious! I got a dozen doughnut holes and a glazed twist. They were perfectly light, airy, and fresh with a golden brown crust on the outside. I am in love! So good, and all for $ 2.35 =] These were the freshest doughnuts I have had in the last 8 months, and I will be back for those soft pillows of sugary goodness!

I just had the best buttermilk bar I’ve ever eaten. I’m kind of glad I stumbled upon it. It’s a tiny«hole in the wall» shop. Doesn’t look like much. It is apparent, however that their attention goes into the donuts, as opposed to the décor.

I’m not sure why there is negative comments but I guess old owners and stuff happens. Penny is the new owner and she’s so friendly and talkative and informative. The place was so clean when I went in! Extra crispy apple fritter was BOMBDIGITY!

I was disappointed to see the bad reviews for this place or the bad experiences. I love this place. The chocolate bars should be award winning. The help is far better than any other place I have been in my life. Like the other person said, the donuts are BIG, DELICIOUS and priced well! I know lots of people who love this place.

I like the donuts here! Yeah the inside could use some updating but most people get the donuts to go. The people that work here are always friendly and told me they are trying new things like maple bacon bars!

Not impressed. VERY Limited selection of donuts at 11:00AM on a Tuesday, $ 0.50 service charge to run ATM(which didn’t work), donut was stale and hard, and an eyelash was found in my maple donut(see picture). I will not be returning.

I hate it when a great place goes bad. This place used to be a 5-star excellent donut place, with the best apple fritters outside of Apple Hill. Unfortunately, that is no longer true. I went the other day and ordered the apple fritter and chocolate chip muffin, 2 things I’ve had many times. I didn’t recognize the lady behind the counter, but thought nothing of it at the time. Well, when I actually ate the donuts they were certainly not the same. The apple fritter was bland, with a crispy crust of sugar but very little else. The muffin was mostly plain dough with only a few chocolate chips in it. I suspected an ownership change, which was confirmed here on Unilocal.Apparently, the recipes were not part of the sale. So, a fantastic donut place now churns out donuts that are no better than a grocery store. Skip this place and you won’t miss anything.
