I usually come here to adjust my new watch band. The girl that works there is nice and efficient and the cost is like $ 10. She does it right on the spot and you stand there and wait for it. Less than 5 minutes. I had also had them fix a bracelet made out of tungsten which I bought at kays and they weren’t able to fix it. Time zone charge me only $ 30 to fix. Will only go here for all my watch needs.
