I have been her patient for about 2 years and my husband for longer. We both are very satisfied. Dr. Shapiro is responsive and cares. Really nothing to complain about in our case.

I have been seeing Dr. Shapiro since 1989. I have always had very good visits to her office. Don’t remember ever waiting very long, always attentive and I have been very pleased with my care. Any additional tests have either been done in the office or in the building. I have also been pleased with Dr. Shapiro’s referrals (P.T, OB/​GYN, Gastroenterologist., orthopedist).

Abrupt, rough, does not listen. Long waits for scheduled appointments. Mis-​diagnoses symptoms, prescribes medications with no warning as to possible side effects. Condescending; lacks compassion or willingness to discuss alternative therapies. Never smiles. Never asks questions. Sends vague incomplete reports of test-​results a full TWO MONTHS after tests are done, with inconclusive reporting, requiring endless follow-​up appointments. Looks only at the laptop — never at the patient. A thoroughly frightening and horrifying experience.
