This is a terrible dry cleaner. DONOTGOHERE. I live in the area and so I don’t have much choice, but these people do not care. Yesterday I went to the store when they said they were open, and wow, they weren’t. Door locked, lights off, note saying«Be back in 15 minutes.» I waited 20. Nothing. Today, I went in, and a lady there at the same time as me literally pulled her own stuff off the racks because the clerk was too stoned or too apathetic to find her stuff for her. When I got home, of course not all my stuff was there. I’ve also come here before, and when I say there’s a stain, they don’t write it down or put a sticker on the shirt. And they’re like, oh, our people will get it out. Avoid at all costs.

I am a delivery customer. What this should mean is that my clothes are both picked up and dropped off at my home. Then the bag in which Lapel’s gave me to leave my clothing should be returned so I can repeat this cycle. After 3 attempts, I’ve yet to receive my bag back. My entire order was not delivered in the time span I was promised. I gave them severeal days, assuming they would eventually deliver my clothing. Then I called twice and no one picked up the phone. I went to the store and happen to recognize my clothes hanging in plain site. Although I had personally dropped these off, the boneheaded clerk did not attach any identifying information to the items. Only 3 of the 4 pieces were returned to me.(Of course I was charged for these pieces). The fourth is still lost. Despite speaking with 2 different clerks. Despite leaving a voicemail for the manager.

The weekend help over charged me twice on consecutive weekends. The second time I had a receipt showing that four shirts and a pants should only cost $ 16.95. She tried to charge me$ 36.95. When I showed her the receipt, she said that was only for the shirts. She was wrong. She insisted the price was $ 36.95. I can’t wait to talk to a manager on Monday. There is definitely something dishonest going on. Either that or the woman doesn’t know basic math.

I wrote to corporate and they got back to me right away and made this issue right. I will continue my dry cleaning business with them but I will not bring anything to be altered there.

This is for their tailoring services they advertise for. They don’t do any tailoring in house, instead they send it out to another tailor in Boston. That person/company completely ruined the lining of my pants. I didn’t think it could get any worse than the tear I bought it in to be repaired for. I also had a blazer I needed the lining fixed on. I could have done a better job stitching it. It really did look like I actually did it, instead of sending it to a professional. I bought both pieces back and got a refund for them luckily. The lady working the desk that morning was very nice and understanding, and even shocked when I showed her my blazer, so maybe this was a one time thing? Honestly I had high hopes because their dry cleaning services are impeccable. But I will definitely be taking my tailoring items somewhere else.

We find their service to be very good and fast. We have had clothes, bedding of all all different kinds of fabric be cleaned well and pressed nicely. What we appreciate the most is their timely service.
