Somerville, MA
Went there for UK visa photo. Told them that the head length should be between 29 mm and 34 mm. They cut the unprocessed original photo (slightly larger than 2in x 2in) down to 45 mm x 35 mm but they didn’t shrink the picture, leaving the length of head approximately 40 mm!
And I was charged $ 20 for the non-​standard 2in x 2in size. A total waste of time and money.

Got my passport pictures there. They were done in 5 minutes, super friendly people. Cost $ 15 for 4 pictures, would definitely go back there any time.

The owner of Giro sent me a personal note apologizing for the attitude of the cranky old employee. Changing my 2 stars to 3 stars.

Giro has done very nice product photography for me throughout several years now. He’s easy to work with, has a nice, casual manner, and does a great job at very fair prices. He’s always flexible about fitting me in even when I call to get something shot last minute.
I highly recommend him.
Also, there’s lots of metered parking behind his studio.

Had 8m videos converted to DVD and for a reasonable price! Included, they put the dates/​titles I asked for and made a simple cover label.
This is an old family-​owned business and I would recommend them.
