I always receive friendly and speedy service from the crew here as well as an accurate order! The morning shift-leader, a young man, is such a genuinely pleasant person that he brightens my morning :) I think the layout of the space could be optimized for the high– traffic this location receives, but I understand that is out of the crew’s control.

It’s a DD… they’re basically all the same. They served me coffee(which tastes like all DD coffee) and served me a donut(which tastes like all DD donuts because they all come from the same factory. It’s not the dirtiest one I’ve ever been in, but definitely not the cleanest.

Before this morning I had never stepped foot in this specific Dunkin Donuts with a simple mission: buy one chocolate donut. I honestly didn’t have the highest expectations as I walked in and the usual long line would turn just about anybody off. However they had two cashiers on the job so the line proceeded a lot more briskly rather than at the snail’s pace that all patient people are all too familiar with. When it was my turn the two boys present at the cash register didn’t call me forward which I feel would have helped move the line along faster(just some constructive criticism). I say this because if I had been distracted by a phone or whatever other device they’ve come out with I could’ve slowed down the morning assembly line. I wasn’t distracted fortunately so, whatevah. The two boys at the cash register were talking to each other when I got up to order which is why they didn’t call ‘next’ which I found to be a little unprofessional. However when it cost 1.06(dratted tax) for a chocolate donut and I only had one George Washington in my pocket I was spared the embarrassment and the employees let my blunder slide. I’m not sure if the cashier put the little problem under the rug because he finally realized how long the line was or if he was truly being considerate. I know for a fact though that the cashier could’ve been a complete cock(pardon my French) about my mistake so I give him props for not choosing that rude route. I mean, come on, we’re all humans after all so there’s still enough mistakes to go around. Perhaps I’ll one day return to DD on Broadway and we’ll see if I’m actually moved to improve my 3 star rating of this normally mediocre donut business.

I am sad to write this review, because they are my local DD’S, but… These guys need to pay more attention to what their customers are ordering!!! I used to order my dad’s coffee as «cream no sugar», until they consistently started putting sugar in it!!! My dad is a diabetic and can’t have sugar! That’s a lawsuit waiting to happen guys!!! Not by us… but ppl can be lawsuit happy and that is absolutely a liability. So, to make things easier, I started ordering it as «JUSTCREAM» to limit miscommunication. I am a business woman, so I understand that in an industry like this, it’s easy to switch to autopilot because it’s so fast paced… You«hear» sugar, you«think» sugar so you«use» sugar… But if you don’t «hear» sugar… it should remove the«trigger» to use sugar. Seems like simple psychology. But wait, it gets entertaining! My brother had to request a muffin 3 times… as the woman stood their staring him in his face asking«how many donuts do you want?» each time! «Muffins? We don’t have muffins» — WHAT? LOL!!! All you can do is laugh!!! It is first thing in the morning with trays full of fresh muffins and donuts! We are staring right at them! Lol… Good Lord, child! I am so confused… if you cannot understand what product someone is ordering you should not be the one taking the order… Get it together guys! I want to change my review! Please help me change my review!!! Please get people who LISTEN, who KNOW what MUFFINS are and DON’T put SUGAR in the DIABETICSCOFFEE!!! Yikes! I’m not asking too much… am I? Lol

The female weekday morning management staff at THIS location are CONSISTENTLYRUDE and SULLEN. They never smile, they literally TOSS your bags with sandwiches in them AT you, they don’t say«thank you», they’re just AWFUL. I’m thinking about sending a note to corporate. They are(SONOT) a great way to start your morning. The rest of the staff is actually acceptable to deal with.

Excellent location. Always quick service when I’m in there and the line usually doesn’t get too too bad. They unfortunately don’t have peanut butter, but oh well.

«I’m gettin dunkin! I’m gettin dunkin! Dunkin Iced…» OK yes. I just quoted the commercial. But I think is perfectly appropriate for an over-marketed repeating mess that seems to keep popping up all over the city. Thank you for being just a hop skip and a jump away from where i work(live, eat, play, visit, sleep… oh dunkies… you are everywhere!) Sometimes I just can’t make it through the day without dunkin iced and butternut donuts. Is it a flavorful robust blend? NO. Is it consitently decent? YES. The girls at this shop in the afternoon are always smiling and nice, so I can’t complain.

aren’t all D&D’s pretty much the same? much better since the renovation, but i’m not one to «hang out» at dunk’s, i’m more of a grab & go kinda girl.

A little slow at times and have even screwed up my Medium Regular coffee… but its close to where I work and open after my other place I get coffee. I would not go out of my way to go to this place.

Service is always quick like The Roadrunner. Love that a medium regular is $ 1.98, therefore when I pay with cash I get $ 0.02 back instead of other places that charge you $ 2.02 and you get $ 0.98 back leaving your pocket sounding like you are going to use your empty coffee cup in Harvard Square to beg for change later in the day. If this Dunkin Donuts were my child and I was it’s mother, I would insist on breast feeding it until the age of 3 because I love it so much.

The parking sucks, unless you happen to go when it’s summer and the parking lot is a viable option. Not when it’s all icy and crazy like this winter… It’s also shared with the stores actually off the lot, so people trying to use it get a little flummoxed sometimes when you seem to be «in their way» but I try not to let this get between me and my coffees. Usually before 7a, the time I usually find myself here, it’s busy but somehow I manage to usually find myself second or third in a LONGass LINE of people. The people who work here aren’t overly friendly, seem to recognize and are slightly more friendly to regulars, which i am not. But what they do do? They get you coffee fast-pace though. Sometimes they screw up my coffee, but by the time I realize what has happened it’s too late because I am way too far away to turn back around and tell them how I wanted my coffee. Also, I hate to repeat myself.

I worked weekend shifts down the street from this Dunkin Donuts for about 2 years. What I like about Dunkin Donuts as a chain is that you know what you are going to get when you order something. That something might not be mind-blowing, but it will be adequate. Not here. Sometimes the drinks were fine. Other times drinks had mysterious flavors, ranging from peach-flavored hookah water to bleachy vanilla. Sugar was frequently left out of my coffee. Once, I paid for an order and waited for 15 minutes only to have the same person who had just taken my order ask me what I was doing there. I would have gone elsewhere, but the whole area of Kendall Square shuts down on weekends and nowhere else was open.

I’d like to review Dunkin’ Donuts as a fast food franchise. Not a neighborhood coffee shop. There lies the paradox. Dunk’s so loved here in New England that it’s taken as a neighbor wherever it goes. DD’s beans, roast and brew is relatively faint of body and I don’t taste much coffee flavor. Cheap fried pastry and my massive energy crash is no coincidence. Your Cholesterol is knocking after Dunking. Your blood sugar is nuttin to ignore. Yes. Yes. I still go to Dunkin Donuts depite challenging coffee. «The Dunk» opens at 500am, they have clean bathrooms and they are everywhere you look– a beacon in stormy weather. I’ll get me some hot milky sugar coffee water and a bagel. Possibly a donut or two. Brainwashing commercials fuel the Dunk’s fire. The New England lifestyle is entwined with the source of the Dunk. The Coffee’s mysterious ingredients lurk.
