Since 1967, Bailey’s has given each customer a good, old-​fashioned Griswold family Christmas experience. Actually, the experience is even better! For a flat rate of $ 45, they will provide you with a saw and you can choose to cut down any tree on the lot. They have Fraser, Balsam, Norway, Blue, Concolor, and Canaan. Oh, my! Once you chop down your prize, you can drag it back to base Griswold style or Bailey’s friendly staff will throw it on a cart and drive it back for you. Back at camp they will shake it and wrap it, then you are on your way. After years of lame store bought threes the week before Christmas, it was time to enter the wild and start a new family tradition. Bailey’s is worth the trip from anywhere in the Capital Region and Southern Vermont.
