AnyTime Pizza

I noticed your place closed down Domingo. What happened? Didn’t want to improve right? Well this is what you get. Please stop now and never open another place because the same thing will happen since YOU are the problem. BYE!

I can’t handle that this place is called «AnyTime Pizza» and it’s only open from 4pm-​4am. It should either have a different name or be open longer, like ²⁴⁄₇.

Similar experience to a girl posted below, I ordered a pizza on Saturday night (¹⁄₁₈). Gave the guy my credit card info, and called a few seconds later saying we no longer needed the pizzas (long story short). He said that the pizzas were already on their way (seemed interesting since I literally just ordered them). Waited around, pizzas never came. I followed up multiple times and was told that «my info wasn’t coming up because I was being refunded» — three weeks later, the charge is still there. I’ve called multiple times and left messages but haven’t had any luck. Will NOT be using again — they owe me $ 45.

I can only assume places like this are staffed by people that have not tasted pizza before, or are engaging in some sort of elaborate performance art.

Maybe the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Asked 3x for a well done pizza and the cheese was hardly melted. What a fucking joke! $ 40 laying on my hotel floor uneaten!

WORST PLACE EVER.
Saturday night i ordered a pizza, around 1:45 am.
I gave them my credit card and they said about an hour until it came. at 3:00 am I called back to see where the food was, the girl quickly said on its way and hung up. after another 15 minutes i called back, they picked up the phone and hung up with out saying anything.
Then just stopped answering at 3:30. Needless to say the pizza never came.
When the next morning came I checked my bank account to find that they charged me $ 40 for the pizza that i never received. I called tot alt o a manager and was told that Domingo? was not there until Tuesday and he would call me. here we are on Tuesday, no call. I call and am told that eh did not go in and he will be in on Thursday. Here I am after them charging me $ 40 5 days later no feed back. Thinking of just driving over.
WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
even at 2 am

Despite trying my best not to, I had to give this place a try on a Tuesday morning at 3am after a Patriots MNF win. All the bad reviews almost made me go to sleep hungry but I’m glad I gave anytime a call. The pizza definitely isn’t anything special, it’s what you’d expect at that hour. They took my order quickly, and delivered exactly what I ordered when they said they would. What more could I ask for?

Ok, it’s 11pm there was really nothing for my husband and I to eat at home so I decided to try out foodler delivery service since it was basically the only restaurant I see with a «decent» review out of all the others I’ve seen. It was 3.6. I was afraid to order but I did anyways. I ordered the barbecue ribs & wings which came with 2 sides: I chided Mashed and Salad; my husband got bacon cheeseburger. I was disappointed that it did not came with a side of fries just like most take outs. So I ordered a small for about 3.75 (large was 5. xx) .
I placed the order at 11:15 pm and it says that it’ll arrive around 12:15am. To my surprised, I received a phone call at 12:05am from the guy! Pretty impressive !
The BBQ plate that I got was delicious ! It was sweet but not too sweet and the meat was soft & easy to eat. I really liked how the chicken tasted slightly charred from grilling as well. My husband said his burger was just Ok. But i still didn’t like how it doesn’t come with any fries.
Honestly, I gave it a 4 stars because I’m skeptical about the food. The place is in Cambridge and I live at the end of Dorchester (ashmont) and the delivery was too fast so it makes me think that these food are not fresh. The take out place near my house which is 3 blocks down takes the same amount of time to cook and drive to my house and it would still be hot. This place is 25min away and came 40 minutes later

Let’s start with the quantitative review:
— 67% successful delivery rate (Ordered the Triple Pizza deal — received 2 pizzas). Positive side: suppose this could be considered a solid batting average.
— 0% accuracy rating (Ordered BBQ Chicken — received plain cheese). Positive side: Potential that missing third pizza was the correct style and boost this to 33% — another strong batting average.
Now, qualitative review:
— Negative: The 2 (of 3) pizzas that successfully made the journey were ice cold and could be a close relative to cardboard.
— Negative: The delivery took about 90 minutes.
— Positive: The driver was very nice and even offered to drive back and redeliver.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Tried ordering a late night pizza (1:30 AM) When the pizza didn’t show up by 2:45 I got worried and called. The person I connected with told me it would be there and then hung up on me. I called back, and they told me that I gave them the wrong number (I didn’t) and that it was my fault for ordering so late, and then hung up on me. I called back, and was hung up on again. When I called the third time, I was told there was nothing that could be done for me, and was hung up on again.
This is the worst service I have ever received. Will never order from here again, and I plan on calling during the day to speak to the manager. Do not order from here, terrible service, and they don’t deliver your food, it’s a scam.
Terrible experience, horrible service, save yourself the trouble and keep a DiGiorno in your freezer.

THE WORST. wouldn’t accept cash only cards, pizza came and looked weird and tasted like cheese covered cardboard.

I will never ever order from this place again. Ever. Never ever. Our food never came. The driver claimed he called us and he didn’t and to top it all off he was incredibly rude. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

I don’t know why folks are so down on this place. Their simple and inexpensive cheese pizza has a surprisingly excellent sauce and generally has a nice golden crispy crust. Delivery here in Central is super fast, and that they’ll deliver it at 3:30am in this early-​closing Puritan state is absolutely fantastic.

Terrible customer service! I work late so I usually get home so late that Anytime Pizza is my only option for ordering on grubhub. It’s mediocre food for a good price so I usually don’t complain regardless of how bad some of it tastes. Tonight, however, I am very upset. I ordered 2 combo meals. After the delivery driver left I realized I didn’t receive a complete order. I was missing 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips for the combos. I called the restaurant and a nice young lady picked up. She gave the phone to a man who brushed me off pretty much telling me take it up with grubhub. Regardless, this is still your restaurant and I would think he would have some integrity and at least take accountability for the mistake. I was so upset and I told him I also worked in restaurants and was disappointed with his service. At this point he said «it’s a cash order anyway so oh well», meaning I couldn’t get a refund which I asked for. I am just truly disgusted and I would rather starve until morning before I order from here again late at night. So good job Sir! I order a minimum of 3x a month and average a $ 35 order so you just lost over $ 1000 a year.
Do yourself a favor and do not order from this establishment!

I got hungry at 3:00 am and this place was the only one I found open. It was better that I expected. I had the All Cheese Pizza which was pretty good. I would order from here again if I got hungry at 3:00 am again.
Update: I ordered again and it was okay again. May have gotten lucky or they might have gotten better, not sure. Had a Ham pizza this time and an Oreo dessert. The pizza was okay but the Oreo dessert was very bland.
The Puerto Rican delivery guy is very friendly and nice. 4 stars for good service and for delivering pizza during the wee hours of the night.

$ 5.99 large cheese! AMAZING! We order pizza here every Friday night! They are nice people and always have it ready for us! Just do pick up and keep it simple and you’ll be alright!!! For late night pizza you can’t go wrong! :)

This is unquestionably the worst pizza ever sold. I don’t care how trashed you are at 3am — you will not enjoy this. For the ridiculous price of $ 45, we got a large buffalo chicken pizza and mozzarella sticks. The pizza was stale, flavorless, and an affront to humanity. The mozzarella sticks were cold and chewy. If you can’t get those two things right, you should probably quit making pizza. If anybody wants to try the pizza, there’s almost a whole one chilling in the dumpster behind my building.

Tried to order a large 2-​topping pizza with curly fries on special. When asking why the price was so high based on the special price, was told the delivery fee was $ 8.50! You are a pizza place, not gourmet delivery. Cancelled and ordered from somewhere else. What a ripoff.
Updated to reply: Thanks for responding. I did try a slice of pizza from someone else’s order earlier in my stay, and it was ok for late-​night, which is why I called you guys. I’ve been ordering food in cities around the country for 10 years, and $ 8.50 delivery is exorbitant for what I would have been getting. Especially if your fee «fluctuates,» I’d expect your business to communicate what it comes to for that order, not just sneak it into the total before getting off the phone. Sorry.

Steak and cheese sub was good but the meatball sub was gross and weird. The pizza came cold and was very mediocre. The whole thing was questionable because they had to come pick up the money first and said they needed a credit card and then come back to deliver the food.

Ordered online at 2am, and immediately called to confirm delivery. Dispatch person said delivery was on its way. 3am, I call back, and dispatch person calls the restaurant, with no response. 3.30am, I call back, dispatch calls restaurant one more time with no response, and I cancel the order. I go to the 24hr gas station to find food to eat at 4am. Eat til 5, and get ready for bed. At 530, delivery driver is at my door. I tell him no, I canceled the order hours ago, good day to you.

I admit, this is one of the only delivery places open in the wee hours.
However, they charge through the nose on delivery and are EXTREMELY terrible with customer service. If you have anger issues or want a drunken fight with a stranger at 2am on a weekend, this place will accommodate you for no extra charge!
Just wait until it’s at least half an hour past your promised delivery time, then call up and expect a verbal challenge!
Fight for your honor, as the food is nothing to even vomit up if you happen to be too sick from drinking. It’s disgusting and barely qualifies as pizza due to its shape and the willful advertising of the place’s owners.
Overall, my experiences with this company have been frustrating in terms of the drivers YELLING AT YOU for more tips and being incredibly late, but simultaneously being entertaining for the chance to yell back at someone how AWFUL they are at their job and laugh in their face.
If you need that kind of retail experience, order from AnyTime. They will accommodate in SPADES with awful service, allowing you to revel in your abusive tendencies.
