Man these people are lazy. Went to drop off a prepaid package. They have an unsecured area near the door where they expect you to drop off the package and leave. I’m not comfortable with this and every other UPS Store scans and gives me a receipt so I have proof I dropped it off. I asked the lady at the register to please scan it and give me a receipt instead. After rolling her eyes and telling me to just get the tracking number off the label, she finally did it for me. The store was completely empty and she was in the back on her phone. Is it really that hard to scan and print something?

I can’t believe UPS allows this store to represent their brand. The owner of this location is greedy, rude, and just a jerk. Russ somehow thinks he has the right to charge for UPS envelopes and label holders when you attempt drop off a package using a pre-​paid UPS label… WTF! UPS provided him with shipping material free of charge… all other locations gladly provide shipping material without hassle. Save yourself frustration and skip mean Greedy Russ and go to Postal Annex on 164th and drop off UPS packages free of charge.

Quick and easy to drop off my packages. The staff is very nice and knowledgeable.
They offer more than just shipping, so if you need finger prints or notary they can do that too.

People are always smiling here, and for a shipping place, that’s a big change! They have always been really helpful even when busy. Love the service! And ups may be a bit pricer but you do get what you pay for.

Im sure they are price competitive or they would not be in business.
If I were some cheap prick who un-​rolls my two ply toilet paper and constructs boxes out of cardboard and scotch tape to save $ 10 dollars I might us usps instead.
We have a mailbox here, although we live way across town. We would get one closer if it were not for the fact that everyone there is super friendly.

Again I went here like a fool. The online quote for this UPS store is about 20% less than what they actually charge you. The old dude insulted my expertly constructed box which was better than his overpriced $ 10 box. The girl at the counter was courteous and rolled her eyes behind his back. She’s obviously learned how to deal with the grump.
