Wait for 10 minutes and everything is room temp through the drive through. Other times they will have you pull up & park and make you wait for the same quality and no one even in line. Do yourself a favor K&M is next door, you can thank me later

Brought my grandson here for lunch. A large group of about 7 people are seated in the middle of the dining room. Turns out this is a managers meeting. Mike, the main speaker, spoke so loudly we couldn’t hear our own conversation at our table. He even drowned out the radio. For 45 minutes he loudly berated the lower managers at the meeting, talked about«Leslie calling the bank and yelled at them», talked about cash shortages, upcoming food safety certifications, productivity, and the managers letting the crew«take over» and the managers having to do all the work Overall, the managers suck according to Mike, and he is tired of being blamed for their inadequacies By the way, did you know the store failed on cleanliness last year? Also, Mike is tired of having employees calling him all the time when he is off with store problems Seriously Mike, I COULDCARELESSABOUTYOURSTOREPROBLEMS. I won’t come here again. Not even through drive through. Thanks for messing up our lunch date Update: decided to give the place another chance since the kids wanted milkshakes. First they got the order wrong, gave 2 chocolate instead of a chocolate and a vanilla, but when they brought the vanilla there was an inch of green swirled in in the bottom. When I questioned the girl in drive through about this, she said«Oh, that’s probably from the shamrock shake» that a different customer ordered and they didn’t rinse off the blades for the shake machine in between shakes. Hey, Mike, remembering at your meeting yesterday how you said your store failed in cleanliness last year— maybe little things like this cross-contamination will add to your failure again this year. Second strike. Dairy Queen might be a bit of a drive away but they get the order right and they don’t have cleanliness problems I can only imagine what goes on in the kitchen

In my opinion, for one year prior tp March 1, 2015, this mcd #11708 was the best mcd that I ever visited. However for the past 2 weeks it hasgreatly deteriorated. I discussed my concerns with Manager Mike and it was back ok for the next morning but thereafter problems again. The problems are two at breakfast. The sausage barritos now are very skimpy with hardly no meat at all. The dipping spoon they use is small but they only fill it ½full now if that with hardly nomeat. Second the sausage biscuits — I request the biscuits to be very crispy but not like the soggy dough that Mom used to roll out and us kids ate sometimes. If it does not change for the bettervery soon I will stop going there. I did like it very much before and hope it changes back,

Normally I would not take the time to review a fast food chain, they should all be the same in quality and if you go you should know what you are getting food quality wise — isn’t that the whole point? Well, not with this McDonalds. For years we have avoided this one after being surprised time and again with how poor the food was(yes, even worse than a normal fast food place). I mean nobody goes because it is out of this world great right? But when you do need a quick bite and perhaps you are craving a McDonalds fry — don’t come to this location. Their fries are the worst — always. If it’s not old oil, they are cold, if they aren’t cold — they are undercooked. It’s weird how a staple item that McDonalds is known for can never be consistent — what’s worse? They are NEVER good — the quality of bad changes. It’s weird. Well, lately they decided to totally remodel — I thought huh that’s like putting lipstick on a pig but… okay. Needed a quick breakfast — typically enjoy the Egg White Delight — swung through to grab one and shocker! That isn’t even good. Tiny little portion of egg white and the white cheddar was so old and dried out it wouldn’t even melt. Yup — that’s pretty old and disgusting. How do you miss that when assembling the sandwich? Which is the crux of their problem — no regard for quality. Nobody expects you to be gourmet — but they do expect you to care about the quality of what you turn out. Bottom line — if the name McDonalds was not on the outside of this building — nobody and I mean nobody would eat here. People get sucked in thinking it will be what they expect a McDonalds to be and go here — but they are wrong.

Never gotten an order correct. After a while you just give up… The management there doesn’t seem to be smart enough to understand what’s going on with heir staff. When I return with a burger with pickles on it, it takes about two times in store for them to get it right. Seriously no pickles. My boyfriend is allergic. Never had a good interaction with staff. The quality of food is everywhere. The big Mac is assembled in the left and right sides of the box and then smashed together so that’s why it’s usually spilling everywhere. Called corporate but I don’t think they have enough food vouchers for me to ever want to return.

Worst McDonalds ever! Every single time I go and order a quarter pounder meal I have to wait. Every. Single. Time. I don’t know why a burger and fry place never seems to have burgers and fries. Doesn’t matter the day of the week, the time of day, if there is no one in line or 6 cars in front of me, I have to wait every damn time.

Probably the best McDonald’s food I’ve ever had. At most other McDonald’s joints, they allow the cheeseburgers to sit for hours until the cheese and meat fuse, creating a gelatinous, protein-rich circle of foulness. But not at this McDonald’s! They make a tasty burger here.

This is a great McDonald’s. They’ve never stiffed me on my food and they have extremely nice, competent employees. I love it!
