We went here looking to buy a suit and the store manager at the newly opened men’s store was extremely helpful and honest. Great staff, great new décor and great ambiance… would definitely come back again!

You truly get a luxury shopping experience here. To be fair, you are spending a LOT of money so enjoy it… The customer service was extremely attentive helping me place items in the fitting room, tracking down sizes, and giving advice on the fitting. They also work to provide you the best discount as well, which I appreciated since I am breaking the bank for this… Also, the sales associates offer to send you emails of the latest promotions. They don’t have an online store but the sales associates can email you pictures of items and ship it to you as well. This is my first time shopping exp. at Theory so the price tag blew me away at first but honestly the outlet price for the quality of the material isn’t so bad… If you can afford it, the pieces at Theory are cut so well and the material is extremely comfortable. It’ll last you for years. As someone who travels a lot, I know the suit I bought would be comfortable for long plane rides and not wrinkle easily. It’s also very lightweight material so it’ll transport fairly easily without taking up too much room. The garment bag they give you is pretty cool too. It folds up and zips into this compact size, which is perfect for travel.

Not sure why my review got deleted, but I’m going to say it again. theory Camarillo is awesome. Well, theory in general is awesome, and this is coming from someone whose wardrobe is consisted of black with occasional pops of color. I’ve never stepped into the store; I’ve ordered over the phone many, many times. Their customer service is super friendly and knowledgeable and I will not hesitate to order from them again.

I would have given at least 1 more star – the selection is decent, and if you happen to come across an «additional X% off» sale, you’re likely to walk away with a steal(e.g. I got a $ 485 cardigan for $ 50! Awesome!). I would also have given an additional half star for Brandon… But Trevor(you tall blondish guy at the register). You make me never want to return to this store ever again. 1. You gave us a crumpled bag, so we asked(politely) for a new bag. 2. No verbal response, just exasperated action. 3. We thank you, and being somewhat traditional Asian women, we apologize profusely for the trouble of making you transfer one bag of clothes into another. 4. Again, no acknowledgment of «Sure,» «No problem,» or «You’re welcome.» Then, my friend mistakenly asks you if you put her clothes in the crumpled bag we discarded. You give the most disgusted look and say no. Then we repeat 3 and 4. My mom(who is much more understanding than I) reasoned – later that day(while waiting for our burgers at the in-n-out drive thru… yes, you left quite a lasting impression on us) – that maybe you were going through a recent, difficult break up. I think you just didn’t want to be working on a holiday weekend. Even if that were the case, WE didn’t break your heart, guy. Don’t be rude. I’ll likely return, and hopefully my next experience will be worth updating this review with more stars that it deserves. BUT… like another reviewer said, Brandon is always very sweet and helpful. Someone give this guy a raise or a promotion or both.(Seriously, I don’t know this guy at all – my mom’s a regular customer and she just really, really praises him for his fantastic service.)

I was surprised to see a Theory outlet in Camarillo for two reasons: 1) because it is such a high-end line, usually sold at department stores like Bloomingdale’s and Barney’s New York; 2) no one who lives in Camarillo seems like they would wear Theory on a regular basis. Sorry if that’s offensive to any residents, but you have to admit it’s not the most fashion-forward city in America. The men’s selection is adequate, though they often run out of the smallest sizes right away(the employees snatch them up before they go on sale to the public). But when you do find the right piece, it’s something you can wear for life. Their collared shirts fit like a glove and are perfectly tailored to my narrow frame straight off the rack. Their pants have different cuts, but I’ve been fortunate enough to find three pairs that are amazing(herringbone, houndstooth, and vertical stripes). For the price, you’d hope the items were made in Italy, but no – China it is. Customer service is nice when then they know you’re a serious buyer. But they won’t waste their time on you if they know you’re going to waste theirs. The times I’ve gone in, they’ve offered to start a fitting room for me, and they always compliment my outfits.

I haven’t been to the Camarillo Outlet in a very long time, so I was pleasently surprised to see a Theory store. It looks just like another one of their stores. Spacious. Clean. Uncomplicated. Theory is known for their classic, quality, luxuriously-simple clothing, so I was a little surprised that they would even have an outlet store. The store has a wide selection of men’s and women’s clothing. I bought a v-neck tee for $ 30. LOVESIT! P. S. If you have a AAA membership or buy it for about $ 5, go to the. i think information center, to get the VIP Coupon Book. You can use it to get discounts at a lot of the stores(ex. at American Apparel you can get 10% off your entire purchase). For Theory, if you spend $ 350 you can get 15% off. Their clothes are all outlet prices, but i know that it won’t be too difficult to spend $ 350 :D
