This park is a gem as it has a large grassy area, rest rooms, walking path, play ground, baseball diamond and basketball court. There are doggy bags available and waste cans located right along the walking path. The grounds are very well maintained and there are benches as well as picnic tables with bbq pits. A very nice place to park your car and enjoy this wonderful open space. This is my first time here but it will definitely not be my last.

What a beautiful place to spend the last days of summer. Camarillo Cup Soccer games this weekend with teams form all over Los Angeles region playing so expected to have trouble parking — but had to come to see a young star shine !!! Parking was indeed very difficult but we found it. The fields were great with golf course looking grass. There are like 25 or more soccer fields and great snack place to get burgers etc. Also wanted to see friends and families traveling to see the games on the Labor Day weekend — another circumstance that’s cementing this park on our hearts. Great place to spend the day !!!

It just across the street from where I live. Lovely park to walk a dog and get them their exercise. Unfortunately, since there’s usually a lot of sporting activities going on, the park doesn’t allow dogs off leash. I’m only giving them an «A-OK» because it’s a Sports Park yet they don’t have basketball courts. It really is just fields(baseball, softball, soccer, and football) and no courts. From : Amenities include: 23 acres of turf light for sports use(Which is enough for over 10FIFA sized soccer fields, 3 permanent softball fields) One playground & picnic area designed to be age appropriate for 5 – 12 yr old East Buildings: restrooms, storage room & class/meeting Room Center Buildings: full snack bar, storage rooms, restrooms PV Field East Meeting Room West Buildings: restroom & storage 46 acres of landscaping ½ mile walking path 585 parking stalls Pleasant Valley Fields East Meeting Room: Our newest reservable activity room located on the east end of the newest park in Camarillo, Pleasant Valley Fields. HUGE park, not very much parking. Very frustrating during AYSO Fall season. Great burgers at the snack bar!

This park just opened today with a grand opening. Pleasant Valley Fields is huge. It took me about 10 minutes to walk from one end to the other. With no big trees yet it looks kind of bare, but the sod was laid and took quite nicely. The lights work great and cover most of the park. The park has room for 11 full-sized soccer fields. For AYSO they’ll divide it up into smaller fields. There are also three softball diamonds, a classroom, offices and two snack bars. A nice playground is on the softball field end for the kiddies. With only 500 parking spaces, I think that it will be a tight squeeze on Saturdays for AYSO, but the rest of the time it should be enough parking.
