Wish I could give this place a zero star. Dude never even looked up from his phone when I entered. I only wanted a key or two replaced because they fell off… Hundreds of dollars and weeks of waiting these morons tell me they replaced my key board… And with bad attitude every time I called… Once a week to see what the status was on the repair… This place should be shut down

AWFUL! I don’t even know if I can describe what a sh*tty dump this place is but I’ll try. Brought my lap top in to the store, which looked like a confused illegal supply chain full of people’s abandoned tech junk. Against my better judgement I left the computer with some unprofessional looking dude and told him I need 2 keys on the keyboard replaced. He mumbles he’ll call me in a few days when it’s ready. A week later I stop in and ask about my computer, which is sitting exactly where I left it, untouched. The dude behind the counter doesn’t even look up from his cell phone. Then without looking at me at all, he says he has to replace the entire keyboard it’ll be another week. $ 200 and 5 days later I get my laptop. I look up how much keyboards are… $ 39 online. Wtf did I pay for? Shitty service and overpriced labor. This place blows.

Awful! And puzzling… I had HD trouble, not mention taking distance learning courses. I take my laptop to these guys, saying I need to have the problem checked, a diagnostic performed and returned to me as fast as possible. The guy at the front said they can do it. He says it will be ready in a coupla days. Great news! Two days later I call to see when I can pick it up, and the guy on the phone starts stalling. Turns out NO ONE has even touched the computer IN TWO DAYS. He said his repair guy doesn’t come in on weekends, so that’s two more days till the guy can see it on Monday. I give him till Monday, then I’m claiming my machine. Monday comes, and guess what??? I end up getting the machine, having wasted FOUR days. It was never looked at, never opened, nothing. Why did they say they can do it? This is a cheap, mickey mouse outfit. I took the laptop to All-​City, whom I’ve worked with before. In two days the machine had a new HD (A large one too boot!) and the guys there were helpful, easy to deal with.
I short, I recommend this place to NO ONE. Stay far away, especially if you have important repairs, or on a time restraint. The worst. At least he didn’t charge me…

Bad experience. My computer got a virus, so I brought it here to have it fixed. I was told it would be ready in 2 to 3 days. Two weeks later, and after two phone calls falsely reassuring me that it would be ready «later today or tomorrow,» I called and they said it was ready. I showed up and they said «sorry for the delay, it was an easy fix so we won’t charge you.» This changed my mood a bit as I would honestly prefer to wait two weeks for free service. But, when I got home and opened up the computer, the virus was still there. I had my friend take a look at it. He researched the virus on his phone and was able to clean my computer in about 5 minutes.
To sum up… They had my computer for two weeks and it appears they didn’t even look at it. I give them 1 star because at least they didn’t try to charge me for it.

This is a great place to bring your computer. The same person that took it in also fixed it he was very knowledgeable. I went to several big name computer companies and it was double what G&C charged.
