Fossil Store

I actually had the opposite of some people’s customer service stories here. I’ve purchased two bags from this store in the past few months and different salespeople have been incredibly attentive and friendly (without hovering, which is a pet peeve of mine!)
One of the bags I got was literally three times less than the cheapest price I can find online for it right now, which is an excellent bargain. And it wasn’t made for the outlet, which makes me feel like I got a genuine deal.
The selection of watches and jewelry seems okay, but to be honest that isn’t what I was shopping for so I can’t comment on whether or not there’s actually any deals to be had there.
Bottom line: Clean, well-​organized and highly stocked store with items that aren’t made for the outlet. Good customer service.

Wow. I wish I knew about this location a few months ago! I had purchased a watch from Fossil only to find it at this location at 50% off! As were all of their watches! I could’ve saved a bundle had I just waited!
Inventory at this location is great. I heard from other locations that they were phasing out some of their clothing, but this location was full of them! They had just about every item Fossil sells out on the floor all at great prices.
As with all Fossil stores, the employees were very friendly and ready to help. Only issue is that I often couldn’t tell who was an employee and who was a customer since their dress code isn’t anything that’d have them stand out from the customers.

Horrible service. Five associates looking at the window and only one cashier. Doesn’t make sense. Good prices but associates are very rude and monotone

Fossil products sell themselves and the Fossile Outlet store in Camarillo has a lot to offer. They have a large selection of watches, bags, purses, and clothing. Their leather goods are excellent and I’m surprised by the selection of clothing and will consider them next time I’m in the market for shirts and jeans.
I’ve had a Fossil Blue watch since 2003 that I still wear almost daily. They are rugged and mine has lasted through a lot of wear and tear. The leather straps are just starting to go and there’s some scratches. So it’s time to get a new one but I’m picky with the design so I’m waiting for that right one to appear.

Literally, this place is amazing! I’ve gotten some of the best deals of my life here! I’m what you would call a bargain shopper so when I spot an amazing item for an amazing price I buy it! I’ve gotten handbags in here for $ 40 or less, interchangeable watch bands usually $ 25 in retail stores for $ 4 here and recently a 100% silk blouse originally$ 150+ for $ 10! They have a huge selection of watches, handbags, wallets, and even clothing! Definitely check them out if you’re in the Camarillo outlets!

I walked in the door and passed three employees who were standing in a triangle, twiddling their thumbs and talking. I continued to peruse the store around them, no doubt looking lost, because I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Either they decided I didn’t look like a cash cow, or they seriously didn’t work there. So I politely asked, «Do any of you work here?» «Um, we ALL work here,» one guy retorted, as if getting paid to act like it was a cocktail party was something most employers tolerated. «I wouldn’t have known it,» I wanted to reply. Overall, very snobby (don’t ask me why… it’s just Fossil.) and inattentive.

I love Fossil, good products. Well made. I still have my first fossil purse. It is over 15 years old.

I love Fossil watches.
Plus they have that No questions asked warranty. I asked about a problem with a watch once and they could tell what year my watch was made just by the style.
This location is awesome because they sell last season’s watches at 50% off.
When there is a holiday sale the deals get even better. :0

Awesome customer service and customer care by the people that work here. They went above and beyond to make our tad complicated transaction work. The manager had to find a way to make our coupon code work which the other fossil watch stores did not even bother to do to begin with. We will be back to this store and will definitely tell other people how good of a service these store will give you. The people that helped us were Shantee and Danielle both are the most awesome assistant managers I have met.

Loved this store and the camarillo outlets. Nice store, purses, wallets, watches… ect! Nice selection and helpful customer service.

The only reason I come to these outlets are for the Fossil, Uggs, and Gap! The Fossil store is awesome pretty good deals and a wonderfully attentive helpful staff. I specifically came in to replace my dooney and bourke wallet and cosmetic case, despite the name the pair only lasted about a year before starting to fall apart, but hey that’s another review. I have several fossil bags that have lasted and aged so well I decided to purchase a wallet and cos case, I asked one of the girls to point me in the direction of the accessories and she went above and beyond she pulled some wallets and matching cases, she saw me and picked perfectly for my personal taste (she was like a personal shopper) she then showed me a few pairs of earrings she thought I might like, they had wonderful service. I purchased a wallet, three cosmetic cases, a bag, and two bracelets and at outlet prices it came to $ 201.51 if I had of paid reg price I would have been out of $ 350+! Great prices and great service, this is the reason I drive from LA to shop here \

I love Fossil bags, so I was really excited when I found a cute purse that, according to a passing employee, was also 40% off. However, when I was standing at the cashier’s, the bag turned out to be regularly priced :(I mean, it was @ outlet price, but I’m the kind of person who wants the best deal possible. So I left empty handed and disappointed. Of course I’ll come back in hopes that the cute bag is still there, I just won’t believe anything the employees have to say.

I go to the outlet mall regularly since it is close to my work and this is one of my favorite stores. I love the retro feel of the merchandise… takes me back to my thrift shop days in college where you could find high-​quality, stylish clothes and leather from another era for a bargain. The quality of the merchandise is high. I have found unique pieces of clothing for big bargain prices on the discount racks… recently a pair of pants for $ 10 and they are so comfortable. If you are looking for a handbag or wallet, this is the place to go!

Poor customer service aside from the fact that they’re overpriced. Not worth the trip to the outlet. Same price you get at the mall. I’m not going back!!!

biggest fossil store ive been in! theyve got mens & womens clothing as well as a large accessories section in the middle of the store. mostly of watches and purses.
i love their earthy look and the quality of their merchandise is usually pretty good. fossil also makes michael kors watches. thus the similar looks but for a cheaper price tag!
decent sale going on but i was just looking for a watch. they had the one i wanted. just not the right face size. =(

No fossils or dinosaurs here, but they do have more than watches. They also have men’s and women’s clothes and accessories. This location was surprisingly much larger than most Fossil stores in shopping malls. Since it is an outlet store, I suppose their prices are generally cheaper too. I didn’t buy anything but my wife bought some earrings, a shirt, and sunglasses… and all that didn’t empty our bank account!

During a fun day of shopping at the Camarillo Premium Outlets, Fossil had the best selection of cool clothing, purses, wallets, watches, shoes and accessories — and with great discounts!
I found an awesome $ 158 purse on sale for $ 79.99, plus a $ 48 convertible coin purse/​chained purse for $ 24.99 — and I love them both!
I’ll make sure to take the time to stop in this store every single time I come back to Camarillo!
