Steve is the best pharmacy tech in the whole planet. He knows what to do and gives me the best service on the planet and I’ve been all over the planet. Everyone in the pharmacy should take notes this guy is the boss. Patrick is cool too and Leila should take notes too I forgive her but she should be nice, people don’t forget how you treat them. I hope they are all doing well keep it up guys, you rock!

This review is for their pharmacy operations. I dread going to pick up a prescription as there is always a long line and a 10 – 20 wait. I have never had this problem at any other pharmacy. Hire some more people.

The only reason they get three stars is because the front of the store is awesome! Always attentive and friendly I use photo dept regularly and sometimes run in for misc items throughout the store. However the pharmacy needs to get it together the customer service is bad. I cringe when I have to go to the drop off window and talk to the pharmacist they talk to you in a very condescending manner. I do no work in the medical, insurance or pharmaceutical field so sometimes have questions and they seem annoyed and bothered by such questions. Sunday was my final straw in dealing with them as I switched to home delivery option with my insurance I am moving soon so for other 1 time pick up meds I will be going to a different location or maybe even a different pharmacy all together.

They always take such a long time completing my order and the main Pharmacist Leila treats her employees and other customers very rudely. I even got the wrong name on my medication before I could have died. I’m never going there again.

My mother had spinal fusion surgery and has been dealing with these jerks for 6 months. Every month it is a giant hassle to get her medication. They can never get her information right and always act like they have no idea what her prescriptions are. Cvs has a problem sending a fax from cvs to her doctor. They say when they will get to it and when they do get to it They get her doctor wrong every god damn time. It takes her a week to get her mess every time. They say oh let me just fix your info in the computer and then magically the next day it’s not there. These people have no idea what the hell they are doing. It’s ridiculous. I see my mom get way more stressed out than needs to be. The other cvs pharmacy that is close to her is just as bad and Walmart isn’t even near her so those r her only three options.

If you don’t have to use this pharmacy I wouldn’t. They are very slow. I was told my daughters prescription would be done in 15 mins, 2 hours later it’s now finally done. If they were just honest and said it would be a few hours it wouldn’t be a problem but they aren’t and you sit there and wait. Very very frustrating.

This CVS is wonderful. The customer service is above and beyond. The seasonal items are always easily found and well stocked, and the lines move quickly here. The best out of all three CVS locations. Wish it was 24 hours!

Prescription was supposed to be ready yesterday at 5p went there at 6p and waited and waited while they could not find it came to be not filled yet wanted me to wait 20 more minutes said no I had dinner to be at but fill anyway and I“ll pick up at 9 before you close. Went there not last night but today at noon no prescription but wait 20 min and we’ll expedite said. No I have somewhere to be other than standing around CVS. Now requires a THIRD trip there to pick up one lousy prescription this is not first time this had happened to me there but will be last

I have lived across from this pharmacy for 18 years and have only come here because it’s right across the street from where I live. NOMORE! Every single time I come here, I am disappointed by something. It’s either long lines, rude employees or even more annoyingly, today I stood in a long line only to be told that they were out of flu shots and had been for a week. STICK A FORKINME! I’m done.

Pharmacy usually is rude, & unhelpful(either they really dont«get it,» or they just dont give a care). The store workers are nice enough.

I usually go to these kind of stores, looking for the little odd things that they, and Thrifty’s back in the day, were known to carry. Stuff like nose pads for glasses. CVS never has this stuff. Very generic inventory, but not the usual drug store stuff. I end up going to Rite-Aid — they always carry these little side things.

It’s close and they carry U-No bars and Dr. Bronner’s soap so I go there. This place, however, has the slowest and most unhelpful register clerks ever. It takes forever to get through a long line and if you ask a question it is like you threw a wrench in their spokes. They also always ask for a CVS card but it does nothing when I run it. Pointless.

Confusing deals, no bathroom, overpriced products, and the(1) cashier they have is always the slowest, always long lines.

Typical CVS. Personally, I wish it was a Thrifty’s, with an ice cream stand in the front like when I was a kid. Oh well. Cheap stuff here, no bathrooms. What bothers me is the way people stand in lines these days. There’s always about 10 feet between the person at the counter and the next person. Do we really need that much privacy? Are you waiting for another checker to open up a register and don’t want to commit to just one? ATMs are the same way. The pharmacy people are nice and efficient here and they usually have whatever you need drugstore-wise.

The pharmacy at this CVS is a total disaster. I went here once, to drop off a prescription. The girl helping me(I think she had some pink in her hair) took about 15 minutes to try and enter my Rx into the system. and then had to do it again. She said my prescription would have to be special ordered but it could arrive by the next day. So I came in the following day, and she had no record of my prescription. I found that same girl, with the pinkish hair, and she recognzied me but couldn’t find the script. After nearly half an hour, she found my prescription… and said they didn’t have it. No reason was given for why she didn’t submit the special request, or why/how it got lost. She then proceeded to leave the counter and look around in the store for a generic version of my prescription. There were multiple customers around her, as she shouted to me. I became rather embarrassed about this. My prescription was prescription-only so she shouldn’t have even tried to look for something Over the Counter. I left angry, embarrassed, and took my script to Target where they are much more professional and I am happier. Also– the manager is very smelly. I have seen this younger guy there multiple times, running about the store… the one day in the pharmacy, he came close and I noticed his pungent smell. Beware.
