Gave this place a second chance… went in to find my daughter a new leotard. They didn’t have her size and the owner assured me they could order the one we needed and she would call me after taking my info down. No phone call and rude service again. WILL NOT BE BACK! Ordered from Amazon and got just what I wanted at a cheaper price and without the bitchy service!

Since there are very few stores that offer what I needed in Ventura County, I had to make the drive (about a half hour) out to Camarillo in the middle of my work day. I called ahead of time and heard the hours on the message that they opened at 11am. I arrived at 11:05 and was greeted by a post it note on the door that they would be «be back by 11:30». I needed to get my daughter’s shoes today so I waited outside. I would only have until 11:40 to be in Camarillo so I knew it was going to be a quick trip. 11:30 came and went. At 11:40, I wrote them a note of my own and had to leave. I am very disappointed that my time was wasted completely. In this day of a down economy, I can’t believe that 11:00 is still too early for someone to be to work… or even 11:30. I will now have to search for the shoes I needed somewhere even further away. I don’t know if the owner will see this, but I thought he/​she shold know. Thank you.
