Hungry in Seattle, I stopped by a firestation and asked the nice fireman where was the best seafood in town. Judging by the size of his belly, this man knew how to eat. With confidence he said, «Doogers hands dow.» The clam chowder was good… but a little watery. The halibut, salmon, pan fried oysters, calamari, and shrimp were pretty much disgusting. The shrimp salad was good. Don’t trust fat firemen to save your life or to give you food advice.
