Zen Cleaners

Zen Cleaners is a great cleaners. Clothes are nicely pressed and cleaned. However, they are pricey. For 3 shirts to be cleaned and pressed. Its was $ 13.95 which came to $ 4.65 a shirt. At most places its about 2.75 to 3.50. So not only are they pricey, they are careless. I dropped off some items to be cleaned on Wednesday. They said to pick up after 3 on Friday. I came there Friday at 5:30 pm. Well guess what, they couldnt find my items. It took him 10 minutes to find them, not only that, they weren’t cleaned. Now mind you, i needed these items for the next morning. Im pissed, he says pick up tomorrow. So tomorrow comes i had to find something else to wear for my event. When i get there to pick up, i assumed that the owner would adjust the price. However, he didnt!!! I was livid and he was not apologetic either for the inconvenience. Hey i guess ill go elsewhere. I used them literally weekly. Yea i was pissed. Ill find somewhere else who be appreciative of my business!

I love this place! My clothes come back perfect every time. Friendly, professional, and FAST service. Prices are not bad, either.
