The vision center inside this Walmart is the best I have ever been to. Dr. Stephen Helms and his staff are professional, polite and interested in you the customer. My appointment was very quick with hardly any wait time. A little later I had a question about my prescription and I talked to one of the associates on the phone who was very courteous and interested in helping me order the right product. He also gave me a tip to go through Walmart’s website to order my contacts instead of one of the big sites and I saved a bundle by doing it! Thank you Walmart Vision Center!

2 ½ hours for a simple oil change. This place kept pushing my daughters car to the back of the line to deal with more profitable jobs. They told her going in that it would take an hour… they don’t seem to have a good grasp of running a service department(big surprise huh?!) This was the first and last time that my family will use them.

Has everything you’ll need but customer service. Only issue I had was some of the employees didn’t where the stuff was and had to walk around searching. I asked for assistance from one employee for help and he just pointed to nowhere and turned his back and walked away! I’m sure this was an isolated incident but didn’t leave a good feeling. Like all walmarts, they have most of everything at the store.

It must be something in the water in Northern Georgia. I actually enjoyed talking to the associates at this Walmart. They were not smarmey and ALL associates appeared to know about other sections. I had no issues with getting my way around. I know it’s not a small town thing since I have dealt with many small town Walmarts in Florida where the associates are just benign tumors. Kudos to these associates for being knowledgable and helpful.
