Wooow horrible place, all of people that work there seems like their arms grow out from their asses. Can’t do a simple blow out. And the poor girl. who was sitting next to me her hair cut was horrible. Anyways bad place never again. They should close down and let. other business to open their doors

I’m rewriting my review so I don’t sound like a grouchy ass. I had been coming to this place for a long time and never had a complaint. They always did a decent job with my hair. Not too long ago I became frustrated with them when they started changing their staff and I got a hair cut from a woman with little experience, and it did not turn out very well. As a result I switched to another place. I am annoyed in general because when I walk in to get my hair cut, I don’t expect it to look spectacular every time, but I definitely don’t expect it to look crappy. And I’m finding that this is becoming a common theme elsewhere.

Great place! under new management so don’t pay attention to the bad reviews. Ask for Raquel she’s the best!

Unfortunately they lost their great stylist Aurora.
Good news… I found Aurora at Beauty Source of Calabasas.
Kim from uni-​cuts has also moved to Beauty Source of Calabasas… North side of the 101 fwy… just 2 mins away.

Amazing! Everyone here is very, very courteous! Aurora is the best! I travel over 20 miles to come get a haircut by her for the past 5 years. Perfect every time!

First off, Unilocal needs to revise this star system. Clearly this place needs negative stars!
I went in for a regular mens haircut and I walked out with a f*cking flat top! I’m not one for confrontations but as soon as I noticed the «stylist» using the machine like it was about to bite her, I should have walked out! Do your self a favor and burn the $ 20 bill, it’ll save you from looking like an ass.

Great place to get your haircut. Aurora was recommended by a trusted friend and she is GREAT. I’ve been going to her every four weeks for a year, and always received a detailed and consistent haircut. Good lady, great cut, great price.

I first went to this place because I started work nearby, and figured it was a nice way to delay confronting the rush hour traffic. The stylist was very nice, and she asked me questions multiple times to make sure she was accommodating my hair needs. This is important to me because I am rather «hairtarded.» I stumble over my words when trying to articulate what I want done with my hair.
My cuts don’t require much. I usually want to lose a couple of inches of length and some weight off the sides, but the stylists manage to make it look like something much nicer was done– more of a transformation. They’ll throw some product in your hair to touch it up if you like.
I can’t say it’s amazing, but only because my needs aren’t amazing so I am unable to measure their ability against more elaborate needs. For my purposes, they are spot on, and do a great job every time.
