Gymboree Store Commons At Calabasa

Brittany is so disrespectful and accused me of lying in front of my 5 year old! I wanted to return 2 pairs of socks that I bought for my son. He only wore them for few hours and because of the poor quality, it started tearing apart string by string after the 1^st use. I attached a pic to show proof! But this lady is telling me how do I know he wore it only one time! And telling me that she has been working there for years and never had a problem! Seriously???, you are telling me in front of my kids that I lie? Thats when my 5 year old son said «yes I only wore them once! My mom is right!!!» This behavior is insane! For sure I will never ever come back to this store and will escalate this matter tomorrow to their corporate.
Right when I walked into the store, I over heard another person telling her how rude and disrespectful she was as well!

Under new management and the people who work here are great and they always do their best even when the customers are rude. The clothes is so wonderful and well made! and it’s always so clean!

I used to love Gymboree. Now this store has gone down hill. Ever since the new store manager came along all the staff quit. She is a nasty lady who doesn’t trust her employees. In the middle of my transaction she stopped to do an employee bag check that lasted 5 minutes as she looked in every part of this poor girls purse. How degrading. Plus what happened to customer comes first? If I didn’t have Gymbucks I would have left. Needless to say they lost my business.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Gymboree. The clothing is such a good quality and their outfits are so cute and all the accessories are absolutely adorable.
The ladies that work in this store are sooo nice and helpful. If you’re looking for something that isn’t out in the store, they’ll check in the back for you or call another Gymboree store. They also remember to ask for your Gymboree rewards card — so you get your Gymboree rewards points.
This is a great little store with great customer service — LOVE it!!! :)
