Calabasas iPhone Repair – The Phone Spa

I had these guys «fix» my iPhone because the screen was broken. when I went there they were training a new guy and had him work on my phone! I asked if it was okay for him to work on my phone since he was being trained and they reassured me it was okay. Months later my iPhone now has vertical stripes running through the screen. I researched and it seems like something was not done right. This is not okay now I need to find a new place to fix this new problem.

My uncle was here from Brasil and needed an iphone 4 repair kit asap. Its an old phone and hard to find repair kit. So i called Nelson and he had it for me the very next day.

Not sure how they have any good reviews. I usually don’t write many reviews, but this guy does not stand by his word. Gave me a completely different quote on the phone. Drove there with my baby and got a huge price difference once he changed the screen. I had them put it back. Huge waste of time!!! When I called to complain he lied about who he was even though it was the same person I had spoken to. I think he was the actual owner and kept say he just works there. Most ppl with good reviews must be friends or family. Awful experience! Do not recommend at all.

Nelson is a magician — he can take an iPhone most of us would think «destroyed» and make it like new, for a very reasonable price. Our daughter got a little «excited» and threw her phone which cracked the screen and case. Nelson has a great attitude, very friendly, and does the repair quickly. The phone looks and works like new.

I am so happy to have found this place! Hooman is such a knowledgable young man. He is very pleasant and totally adorable! So professional and speedy. The price was great. I highly recommend coming here for all your repairs. The setting is lovely. My daughter and I enjoyed lunch together while we waited.

DO NOT ever buy anything from or have your phone fixed by the Phone Spa kiosk in the Commons by Starbucks or their store on Ventura Blvd. They are crooks! My daughter bought a new screen for her iPhone there on Sunday afternoon. When she got home, she noticed that the screen was popping up. When she tried to push the home button, the screen cracked. I tried all week to speak to the owner, as the guys at the kiosk and the store said they couldn’t do anything. The owner was never there, even when I was told he would be. When I finally talked to the owner, he said that there was nothing they would do because the screen was cracked. He said even if it was their fault, he would do nothing. She is now out $ 110.00 plus tax. Do not trust them to fix your phone. I guess there is another phone guy by Marmalade that will actually stand behind his work and warranties his work. Go there.

Shattered my screen and needed it replaced asap because little shards were getting stuck in my fingers… Called the phone spa and just got my screen replaced by Caesar. Super fast great service. Great price too. Really glad I found them last minute!

I shattered my iPhone 6 screen and needed to find a repair place ASAP. I found The Phone Spa and thought I would give them a try. Happy I did! I spoke with Cesar and he fixed my screen right in front of me. You could tell he knew what he was doing because he was precise and had a system. It only took 10 minutes to knock out. Thanks again Cesar for the great job!

I was in ATL over the weekend and dropped my phone and shattered my screen, I was devastated because I know insurance takes time to process and it would cost be an arm and two legs. Luckily I have two phones so I just forwarded my line to my alternative line and used that in the interim.
I planned to get the screen fixed right away while in ATL but I was short on time and I wanted to make sure that if anything went wrong that I was able to go back to the place that fixed it. Had I done it in ATL and anything went wrong I’d be SOL. When I finally made it home and recouped from the long day of traveling, I looked up places in my area via Google that could replace iPhone 6 screens. The Calabasas Phone Spa had a great rating and plenty of positive review so I gave them a call to verify they could do it for me and get the price. They were open and happy to help me out which made me happy. I was able to get a good deal on the repair and it took 10 – 15 mins max. It was awesome service and the young man who helped was very pleasant! My phone is as good as new.
I have noticed a little delay on the typing but I think eventually it will adjust to my typing speed. Would highly recommend the Phone Spa if you live in the Calabasas area. Two thumbs up for me!

I’ve been to them several times at both locations! They are always super fast and super friendly. Wish they were closer to my home but I’ll drive the 45 mins just for their service any day!
My phone would stop working and I would call them immediately to fix my my phone and the would fix it with no problem! I refer all my friends too them!

I don’t live anywhere near none of his stores but this is the Only place I get any phone accessories my phone fixed a thing regarding my phone I come here Nelson is amazing great customer service best deals in the valley !

Very quick and easy! I went in to get a glass screen protector put on my phone and Nelson did it in a minute with no wait. He was very kind and professional. Good store if you need a quick phone repair.

Had two Iphone 6’s with shattered faces. After calling 15 locations with half of them closed on Sunday and the other half sending me to voicemail, I decided to take both iphones to The Phone Spa all because Nelson answered the call. He gave me a very competitive price and promised me a quick turnaround time. Awesome!
Upon my arrival I was greeted by a Tech Whiz by the name of Cesar. Cesar was extremely professional and fixed my phones within 15 minutes! I say Woo Hoo as this kids talented. Thank you Nelson for excellent customer service & to Cesar for his flawless quality work. U guys are AWESOME.

These guys are the BEST! Well, I’ve only met one. I’ve had a cell phone since around 2001. I never cracked a screen in all those years, until about 4 months ago. I went to se David, at the Phone Spa on Ventura, next to the Green Angel. It cost me $ 100. He fixed my screen while I waited. Nice Kid, good customer service, good positive energy. You can tell he likes people and he doesn’t hate his job. Unfortunately, I have cracked my screen 4 times in the last few months!!! It’s crazy? Twice in a two week period!!! David gave me a deal on the second time, since I was just there the week before.
I have phone insurance, but it’s $ 100. Deduct-​able, so it comes out the same, except at Phone Spa, they fix it right then and there, while you wait.
