The alterations were decent. However, I was disappointed in the fact that the owner accepts credit/debit cards as indicated by the sign on her window but tells you to pay in cash when you pick up because she doesn’t want to pay transaction fees. When I picked my my item today I paid with my card and she asked if I had any cash instead. When I said no, she swiped my card and instead of handing it back to me, she tossed it at me on the counter top. Needless to say, I won’t ever go back or recommend this place simply because she’s unprofessional.

Quick, cheap, fast and professional. The owner is an adorable little old asian lady with passable English. She told me she’s been making and altering clothes since the 70’s, so she really knows what she’s doing. Love the service and the quick turn around times here. She also does wedding dress and prom dress alterations, sews patches, rents tuxedos and pretty much anything you can think of that has to do with clothes, lol. I was surprised when I walked into the store. Being from LA, I’d expected the place to be a small grubby establishment, but it’s actually really pretty inside and had a sweet layout. Five stars all around! :)

Do not take your alterations here unless you want to wait forever for them to be done. I took my suit in to have some alterations done and it took just over a month for to get completed. The first time she said it would be ready by it was not then she told me to come back the next day and it would be ready it was not. She then said it would be a week before it was finished. came back then it was not completed she told me to come back later on that night it was not done she said come back at 5 it will be done then I’m still waiting for my suit… Update: Now I am sitting in the store listening to them complain about other customers. so now not only bad service but rude as well.
