I like wal mart because i can find what i need but the parking here is awful. I mean truly awful! Lots of retirees with all day ro spend here. Very busy and very slow moving customers

Love that there’s a liquor store, always open, but registers have been down a couple of times I went there which is strange for a supercenter. That being said the Walmart back home carried weights for a bar and this one doesn’t seem to what’s the deal!

Just your typical Wal-Mart. I like Wal-Mart because I can usually find what I’m looking for. But, and it’s a serious but… The lack of hygiene is just disgusting. The bathrooms are gross, the creative project section is grimy with a ton of glue and paint open and spilled everywhere. The parking lot is ridiculously confusing and extremely busy. The lines are way too long, like the employees don’t care about anybody else’s time. The McDonald’s in this location is just, ew. Like, why don’t they learn to wipe tables and seats down? & last but not least, food should not be out and ready to be sold if the expiration date has passed. The only two reasons why I am giving this location three stars is because I asked an employee to help me find something and she did. She was very sweet, very caring, and quite friendly. & I also found everything I was looking for.

Rude staff. I asked one lady for help and she literally sighed when I asked her if she can grab something for me. The women’s bathroom reeked and made me want to throw up, most of the stalls were out of toilet paper and the one with the toilet paper was on the floor.

Walmart is sometimes a necessary evil. This one is an older Walmart, with an older clientele. The parking is a mess to try and find a spot in. Usually long lines in the lot because people are trying to jokey for position at an up close spot or one of the many handicapped spots. Inside its your standard Walmart. Be mindful of the slow moving motorized carts. I think this location must have about 20 motorized carts. We stopped in to get some can sodas & fishing license. It wasn’t too much of a production but the lady in the sporting good area didn’t want to be there. I don’t blame her though. A friend went into the bathrooms up front of the store and the bathroom stall door didn’t even have a lock. He just had to hold the door shut while he did his business. Gotta love WALLYWORLD.

Easily the rudest, laziest, most passive-aggressive staff of any business anywhere. Always filthy disaster of a parking lot. I hate coming here. But, they are open when I need them, and they have lots of «stuff».

Some of the employees are just as rude as the customers. Putting three large cans in a bag and not double bagging = you are just too lazy to give a damn about your customers. If a customer smiles and says hello that is usually when you return the smile and the greeting.

This review is about the automotive department at Walmart. I’ve been getting oil changes at the Walmart on Del Prado for years and just recently, in the past year, the customer service there is really bad. Well, I guess just one guy in particular. If I go and he is not there, every thing is fine. I don’t know his name but he’s an older, heavy set man and it never fails, I can go there when there are five cars lined up or no cars, he’ll tell me it’ll be 1−½ to 2 hour wait for an oil change. Not only does this make zero sense, but it also takes about 10 minutes of him sloughing around before he even makes it up to my car to ask what I’m there for. If the younger dark haired guy is working, he comes up right away, takes my info,(or at least acknowledges I’m there and he’ll be with me shortly) and my oil change takes as long as it should which is anywhere from 20 minutes to 45 depending if there are a few cars ahead of me or not. This morning at 7:10 am I was told by the heavy guy that it’ll be 1−½ hours because one car in front of me is getting two tires and an oil change. Really? I’ve had them give me four tires and it took less than an hour. If you’re going to work in an automotive department, I would think you should know approximately how long tires and oil changes take. I’ve started to suspect this guy is just trying to get customers to leave instead of wait by giving a long wait time.

This Wal-Mart has a lot of merchandise but I find that the people here(both shopping and working) are a little ‘off”. Case in point: Mother(which I assume was) literally dragging her son through the store. Other son sleeping in the shopping cart with his head hanging out and mother(again I assume) goes around the corner and whacks his head on the end display and then tells the kid to stop crying. And the cashier who started yelling at a coworker to get something done but it was laced with 4-letter obscenities. All makes for an uncomfortable shopping experience. Includes an OK fishing section and pretty large clothing and food sections. Not so great hair and body section. The garden area is turned into everything Christmas around the holidays. Has a nail place, McDonalds and an eye place inside. I like the Wal-Mart on Pine Island Blvd. so much better.

This is probably the biggest Wal-Mart store I have ever been in in my life. It has literally everything, a city in itself. I have bought so many things here if I went into details, this review would take you an hour to read. What they are great at is building supplies and plants. Their plants are just beautiful and cheap, too bad I have a brown thumb and can’t keep anything alive. But I keep stuffing my car with them anyway and going back home to plant and replant. The last thing I bought there was a great huge white TV for only $ 188.00. At least I think it was that cheap, anyway I bought it during one of their amazing post-Christmas sales. I was so, so happy. It fit in perfectly with my all white living room and when it was plugged into the cable, oh boy, the picture looked beautiful. Who’d a thunk it! This store, however, is THECENTRAL store in Cape Coral. Everyone goes here and so finding parking is pretty hard. What I do is park as far away as possible, grab a cart and walk in. It is actually much faster than doing the lot-circle like everyone else seems to do. Go to this store. It has what you want.
